I think prices are much more affordable here than other salons in general. Last year I went there by myself with no cameras. I got aroma foot massage with chiropractic session, price was soo nice that I had to ask if she
(Ono san) calculated the price correctly haha if you get like 2 menus together, you get more discount (that's how price just dropped so crazy, 2 menus are really the best)
It was such a beneficial chiropractic session and foot massage was literally best.
So you def have to get aroma foot massage, chiropractic session with your other menus like in this video when you go to this salon in Fukuoka city.

1. I have been living in Japan for several years now. I'm a first SPA reviewer in Japan, entrepreneur, digital content creator and professional exercise avoider haha
2. For privacy, I prefer to keep my ethnicity, real name, address in private. You can call me Twix!
3. Why "Twix"? Me and my sister work on the channel together. As you know Twix chocolate bar has 2 pieces. My sister AKA Camsis is behind the camera. So we thought it would be fair If I add my sister's name. So that is how ASMR Twix is born.
4. Camsis prefers to work behind the camera. I hope you will respect her decision. Please don't worry about Camsis! She gets her own sessions off camera whenever she likes.
5. I don't get treatments as often as I post them frequently. I balance treatments schedule considering my skin and health condition.
6. I don't upload "Whispering" and "No talking" videos. Only Soft spoken!
7. You can visit all these relaxing places on my channel. 90% of the time there are special discounts or sometimes special gifts just for my subscribers. Mention "ASMR Twix" when booking and in the beginning of your session to use it. Please read the video description before booking to avoid misunderstanding.
8. Many of you worry about hair types, language barrier or just being nervous. BUT we always make sure to ask about these concerns in the videos. All of these places are foreigner welcomed spa and salons. All require booking beforehand!
9. How to book? Book via Instagram, website or phone call beforehand. Instagram is easiest and fastest way of booking in my opinion.
10. 80% of these spa and salons are women only. Sorry but that's not my fault and I hope you will respect their decision. But male customer can visit with female partner/friend in most of these places. Please make sure to check it whether it's women only spa or not. Easiest way of asking is sending a dm via Instagram!

First of all, gotta respect the honesty, not everybody is ready to acknowledge their potential weaknesses, especially in a business setting. Secondly, and more importantly, I love how she doesn't limit herself but instead found a way around the issue.
And it's just so wonderfully human. Because honestly, that's just most of us. Struggling with a foreign language, I mean. So don't worry Miss, if we ever manage to come by, waving hands will be more than enough, agreed!

i don't know if the therapist would see this but one thing that may help her to communicate easier with English speakers would be to make up a menu. Make one that lists the services and what they include. Clear upfront pricing. And make a list of important information or answers to questions people might have. this way people understand the process and she doesn't feel shy about communicating ❤ she is my favorite spanist you go to!! 😊

This is such a beautiful profession. I hope Ono knows how much her work helps others relax and stay healthy! Massages/spatherapy in the West sometimes seems rushed and commercialized. Ono's menu and approach feels much more genuine as a service towards health and wellbeing of the client
It really does. My massage therapist is a mess. She's good at what she does but I wish she was more relaxation focused.

I recently booked a "facial massage" at an American spa, hoping for something close to this, but it was nothing like it 😭 the massage therapist spent only like 1/3 of the session working on my face and the rest was on my neck and back. Hopefully more head and face spas will start popping up in the US!
Depends on where you go always research facility in depth I find helps not every place is shoddy
Yeah, facials in the US focus more on pores and extracting dirt and debris from pores. There's basically no massage in American spa facials except maybe when they apply the cleanser and moisturizer, but even then in some places they just put the products on and that's that. There are ones that do massage, but I feel like unless you live near a big city, they're very hard to find.

In Houston there’s no place even remotely like this! Way overpriced spas with mediocre service at best.

Just had a sort of dry head spa (really a scalp massage with some tansan) in London. It was deeply relaxing, yet afterwards I felt very awake and rejuvenated. Definitely want more!
