I'm still trying to understand why he was gone for a year and left her for the whole pregnancy. I never left my woman for a day much less. Took her to all her appointments and was there for childbirth as well as the few extra days after childbirth in the hospital. So I don't believe his bs about caring about her.

The judges did not disregard him being married. At the end Mrs. Cutler stated his divorce may have never been finalized. I don’t trust him either, but it sounds like he signed his paperwork and the wife didn’t sign hers, which could be the reason no divorce is on file.

I had an ex who, years later, got in another relationship. They’ve been together 10 plus years and she doesn’t know his past. I new every thing about his criminal record because I new him since I was 12 so that’s about 26 years. He changed his life around years ago so she never new that side of him. He never told her and said that she doesn’t need to know...that was his past. Woman, please do a background check on the man you are dating. Check criminal records, credit, what ever you can check. So many people end up in a damaged relationship because it was damaged before the relationship ever started (try and find who and what you are dealing with)!
