How did he get nerfed
I still haven't got a horse. Have everything except that bridle. Been finishing first level, sometimes 2nd level and once 3rd level and no luck. Does the bridle drop on floor 1? I don't want to keep burning through all my armour and weapons.
It drops on floor 2 and 3
@zakiluthfi6918 ok thanks. Was wondering that I have done floor 1 like 50 times and no horse means I'm still stuck on 3 skull. I'm lv135 ATM .

I don't have hyperconc. Skill and my Unstoppable skill lvl is 1! What should I do?
Uninstall
His stun is not that long, and the hyper skill can be replaced with faster stutter stepping and mandrake. No need for those
