Morning Vanessa... Thank you for sharing. I generally wake up at 5am as this period I find the most creative for me. I stretch/do a light work out have a cup of tea and put on ambient noise or podcast. So when I fall off track, I ensure I go sleep early to adjust my body clock to wake at 5am... Love your pieces as well as you sharing more than just your create process ❤💪🏾🔥🫡

Good morning! 😊 Thank you so much for answering my question and sharing your morning routine-there’s something so peaceful about that early 5am window, especially when it’s dedicated to creativity. I love how you’ve found a way to gently get back on track by adjusting your body clock. It’s such a great reminder that small, intentional steps can help us reset and stay grounded.
I really appreciate your kind words about my work and what I share-it means a lot to me. Wishing you many peaceful, creative mornings ahead! 💛😊

I found you today and I am very grateful.
Other than going to the hospital and caring for my cats, I have barely been out of bed for over 9 months.
My treatment is now over, but finding it inside me to start life again is hard.

Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I’m really touched by your comment, and I can only imagine how hard it must be to navigate life again after such a long and challenging time. I hope you’re giving yourself the time and space to heal-physically and emotionally.
One thing that helped me when I felt overwhelmed was focusing on very small steps, even if it’s something as simple as getting out of bed to have a cup of tea or taking a few moments to sit by the window with your cats. Little by little, these small actions build up, and before you know it, they start to feel more natural.
Sending you lots of love and strength on your journey. Take things at your own pace-you’ve already been through so much, and you’re not alone in this. 💛

Ah, fellow procrastination queen 👑 😊-I feel you on that! Fall brings such a cozy, reflective vibe, doesn’t it? It’s raining here too, and it always makes me want to curl up, but it’s also the perfect time to get moving creatively and physically, like you said. Retiring soon sounds like an amazing new chapter, and having that little voice in your head cheering you on is a great motivator! I’ll be rooting for you from here-let’s both keep going, one step (or creative project) at a time! 😊🍂

What do you do to get back on track when you fall off your routine or goals?
