Support for Russia and President Putin !!! Bog Vas Blagoslovio,što postojite !!! Hvala Vam Rusijo,naša Slovenska braćo !!! Srbija je uz Vas,tačnije građani Srbije, jer "naši"političari su sve drugo, sem zaista naši političari !!!
I believe that one is SS-19 stiletto. weight- 105.6 tonnes payload- 6 mirv warheads warhead- 500 to 750 kt each propulsion- 3 stage liquid fuel range- 10,000 km status- operational since 1980
People say some of these missiles are old and useless, and yet from time to time Russia test this missiles and fires them to test them, even after 20 years this missiles work perfectly a testament to russian ingenuity.
The ones that burn clean use liquid fuel, a propellant and an oxidiser. the ones that make a lot of smoke and flame use solid fuel, they are more violent. Just look at the last one TOPOL M, when the engine ignites, it makes a huge ball of fire. You don't want to be near that thing when it takes off.
@geekgeneration I am sure they must have tested them with their own ICBMs. Electronics are the same In US and Russia. They have the same micro-controllers, circuit boards and communication links hardware; just designed and executed differently. If you can jam an American ICBM and burn it's comm. chip, you can do it to a Russian ICBM too.
1:25 i know it's a weapon of mass destruction but seeing that thing rise cleanly out of the tube....then you see a huge flash of fire...then it looks like it's stalled and gonna just drop back down...then it coughs back into life.....it's beautiful
The second missile that you see being launched is a ss-24 scalpel missile & is the most feared second only to the ss-18.the ss-24 is carrying 10 550 kiloton warheads.
@AbstergoView yes they could, in fact a few of these missiles have been converted to launch satelites into orbit. But usually they are designed to go into outer space and then plunge down back to earth at hypersonic speeds with their nuclear bombs. That's why these missiles can reach the other side of the world in 20 to 30 minutes from launch.
I think those are small explosives designed to keep the missile from faling to the side. They keep the missile pointing straight up until the main rocket engine ignites.
@swah555 It's not a error, it's automatic regular maneuver - tilt the missile to avoid exhaust fire-tongue to damage the train by pointing directly on it.
Those rockets use hypergolic liquid fuels, the fuels used are so combustible, that they ignite once they touch each other, they produce little smoke. The other rockets use solid fuel which make a lot of smoke.
Yeah the same thing happened in the Georgia Russia war (which lasted only a few days). For some unknown reason we (USA) were backing the Georgians(?) who were a dictatorship and directly provoking Russia. The Georgians started war by launching rocket attacks into a civilian hospital in South Ossetia. Russia quickly engaged and the war was over in a few days despite the Georgians being trained in US military tactics with modern weapons and outnumbering the dispatched RU force by nearly twice.
@subzyro5 But they will usually be overwhelmed with multiple targets,it's meant to intercept small threats from Iran and North Korea, not a fully fledged nuclear conflict.Plus the computing power required for effective firing solutions means only one missile can be shot down at any one time.
@dabaddestrican Its not "who has more Nukes", its about who launches them first with out the other having a chance to retaliate or see whats coming. Offensive is best defense.
@FrostbitexP You don't seem to understand one thing, nothing moves faster than light. Once Anti- Missile lasers enter mass production as soon as a launch is detected it can be shot down. In fact the key is to shoot the missile down during the slow, initial launch phase. Other technology exist for shooting down warheads already on their way though is less guaranteed.
just to be clear i am an American of different races. and right now i am pretty sure Russian and the USA are really good allies at the moment. what the US is really worried about is North Korea missiles. our most destructive missile has a power of blowing anything within 40-50 miles of the impact zone to smithereens!!! but we don't worry. by the way i love all races especially Russian. i love you guys language and accents. it so awesome.
@2012Wordsmith You see a flying object that is, by definition, unidentified, and your first reaction is to blow it up with an ICBM? Glad you're not in charge.
Much love from China! Sorry for copying from military tech from russia during 1960 to the 1980's we were in need of cheaper weapons and faster to mass produce
damn that SS-18 looks formidable, and indeed, it is the most formidable weapon ever built by humans. Slowly taking off, it throws it's 8.8 tons, the heaviest payload of any missile in history. Small country can be destroyed by a single of those missiles.
The US never really fought a big battle against japanese army, they fought mostly in the islands as they advanced to Japan, the russians however launched a massive offensive in late 1945, where they practically destroyed the japanese in manchurria, this was one of the reasons for japan to surrender as well as the american atomic bombs. I think the russians should be credited for winning WW2 as well, americans need to stop saying that they won world war two.
A day in the life of Russian Missile Command: Lieutenant: Commander, we really don't have a lot of money to keep throwing away launching all of these missiles. We should rethink our budget." Commander: NYET CAN DO!!! (Turns several Keys)
In case you don't know all that territory was part of Russia but they lost it in world war one, so it wasn't really an invasion. In fact many of these countries were pro-soviet.
we did buy much oil from kuwait but we had a signed alliance with them, we were obligated by that to invade in the 90s, ive mets people from those areas too, they enjoy the americans there. they dont like when we have to remove them from their houses and their family gets caught up in cross fire, but we supply and protect them for the most part. remember we are not at war with iraq or afghanistan we are in cooperation with their governments, as for korea i agree
I was talking about world war two in general, the russians fought very hard in the eastern front, The only hard battle you fought was the battle of the bulge, Russia on the other hand fought many hard battles on the eastern front. They deserve a lot recognition for this, in american television most war documentaries are about the US and world war two, very is little is said about other countries. To me that is being arrogant and disrespectful to millions of other foreign soldiers
yeah but we did try invading korea back in the 50s to put the regime down, we prevented them from taking south korea as intended but we failed to put down the regime
at 1:08 is that somebody filming behind a wall on the right?, he is pretty close to the train. That's crazy when you consider the fact that rockets are called "controlled explosions"
we have 2 choices that one place thats pretty good but all the seats are to close to the kitchen...HELL ;D thats its... or we could go to that place where its a bit more classy but alot more expensive... heaven i think is what they settled on XD...lol
Both Russia and the US should empty out all ICBMs, get lots of glow sticks, team up for good, take over the world together and have a huge dance party!
During the cold war, Russia had like 4 times the number of infantry, 10 times the number of aircraft and 2 times the number of submarines as USA, that's why they went bankrupt.
wow... thats a about almost a dosen comments here. you really give this site huge amount time. im impressed. you have good points and i have more to say but, id rather not, i feel lazy to reply on everything here. topol M is an intelligent missile. but there are only 16 of those in russian arsenal with one warhead each and bulava missile is a failure. US have dozens of mega cities plus SM-3 is ship born missile system capable of destroying even satellites. US is testing land base too.
@Durmanstainer yeah i heard about those... pretty much impossible to shoot down all the warheads from one missile... not mentioning 2-3. I wonder what keeps russia from developing an advanced space program...
I never thought others live in the desert with no food. I always thought we have what it takes to put someone in that situation. That reason alone is why no one bothers us. We will take you out even if you win, That is the mutual assured destruction agreement.
So you our saying that only Russia would have deployed nuclear payloads? No way, we would all be dead. Also you should be very proud for your service. That is one cool job to have. Best wishes from your friend and enemy, America.
Yeah, i figured as much i just didn't wanna put my foot in my mouth. But, you know it's situations like this that makes me wonder when we'll come together as a global community instead of a world divided and see that the livelyhood of our world could depend on it?
"Пошла родная"))) сколько нежности, а уж на заданной точке как её встречать будут ))))

the last sounds before the end of the world....
In soviet russia train fires rocket.
In soviet russia missile fires you !
Luis R. In Soviet Russia rocket fires train

im glad that nikolai and dempsey are good friends
Now I know what the next thing Thomas The Tank Engine is going to do launch a Soviet ICBM from one of his little passenger cars.
That ttrain launcher was crazy!!!
The only ICBM missing in this video is the RS-24 yars, which entered service in 2010. But it's similar to Topol M, except it carries ten warheads.
Yeah the same thing happened in the Georgia Russia war (which lasted only a few days). Oooh, so close to not getting it up1 You wouldn't want to launch one of those in stormy weather!
@subzyro5 But they will usually be overwhelmed with multiple targets,it's meant to intercept small threats from Iran and North Korea, not a fully fledged nuclear conflict.Plus the computing power required for effective firing solutions means only one missile can be shot down at any one time.

awesome collection of vids thanks moni
please put more of the SS-24
@FrostbitexP You don't seem to understand one thing, nothing moves faster than light. Once Anti- Missile lasers enter mass production as soon as a launch is detected it can be shot down. This is ashamedly more interesting to me then it should be.
That missile train is fucking badass
THIS
IS
JUST
BEATIFUL!
and that correction by SS-24 Scalpel when it exits the tube, jesus does it look cool.
just to be clear i am an American of different races.

topol m travels at 7,320 meters per second, it takes about 20 minutes for the missile to reach continental USA.
that's what i call new year fireworks
Liquid-propellant rocket booster flames look kind of pretty, unlike solid propellant ones.
SS-19 Stiletto is my favorite of the liquid fueled ICBM's 126 of them are in service each one carries six 550 kiloton warheads.
@2012Wordsmith
You see a flying object that is, by definition, unidentified, and your first reaction is to blow it up with an ICBM?
Glad you're not in charge.
of course they will, cuz its Inter Continental Balistic Missile. Its like send rocket to space.
Much love from China! Sorry for copying from military tech from russia during 1960 to the 1980's we were in need of cheaper weapons and faster to mass produce
Man, I would not want to be anywhere near one of those things when they take off......or when they land for that matter...
the truck one launched the missle in 10seconds that crazy!!!!
HOLY fcking shit. this is why they called it mutually assured destruction
It would be a grand new beginning.
Thx, had no idea.
@AJGaming 2012 makes prefect sense all of a sudden.
damn that SS-18 looks formidable, and indeed, it is the most formidable weapon ever built by humans.
Slowly taking off, it throws it's 8.8 tons, the heaviest payload of any missile in history.
Small country can be destroyed by a single of those missiles.
@kss341,
Actually Russia contains about double the ICBM's we do.
The US never really fought a big battle against japanese army, they fought mostly in the islands as they advanced to Japan, the russians however launched a massive offensive in late 1945, where they practically destroyed the japanese in manchurria, this was one of the reasons for japan to surrender as well as the american atomic bombs. greatest military force on the planet!
Bye bye Usa
This video is a must for all weapons freaks!
@KlingonSpider Those black tail missiles look scary
... и настроение улучшилось! :)
Russian Mobile launchers just look threatening without popping a missile.
Good review. But where are no PC-24 (SS-29) in this video. It's most modern Russian missle at this moment.
RS-24 has been deployed operationally since 2010.
This video uploaded on Jul 9, 2007
They can hit any city in the US in 30 minutes! Once they are launched can not be stopped!
A day in the life of Russian Missile Command:
Lieutenant: Commander, we really don't have a lot of money to keep throwing away launching all of these missiles. We should rethink our budget."

They are impressive indeed, it's amazing how satan wich weighs about 210 tons emerges out of its silo .
@THX1205 lol the newer ones that they have will hit anywhere in US in 10-20 mins or even faster
@Grillzor best one yet.
I love missles so much especaily when they go boom!
the one from the train (i mean the damn train) looked intense!
Russia turned WW2 around at Stalingrad in 43. I don't think he's far from the truth.
Wouldn't iran love to have some of these!!!
that's in the beginning of the launch to get it out of the launch tube before rocket engine is starting
I was talking about world war two in general, the russians fought very hard in the eastern front, The only hard battle you fought was the battle of the bulge, Russia on the other hand fought many hard battles on the eastern front. yes of course.
They already did it from trucks as well.
@saradomin122 most are launched towards kura test range in kamchatka peninsula in russias far east region.
Nice, but keep it on their silos please!!
some big firework...
well... i dont know much of russias history but i am happy russia is a democratic nation now and hope its democracy grow stronger.
@TheAssfrog yes, i know, but this first missile in video is video took from videoclips of TvRosCosmos.
at 1:08 is that somebody filming behind a wall on the right?, he is pretty close to the train. That's crazy when you consider the fact that rockets are called "controlled explosions"
Son: Hey Mom..why our train have been stopped..Mom: Ah..it's usual thing my son, we just launched a little cute nuclear missile...
Train launched ICBMs!
Impressive.
we have 2 choices that one place thats pretty good but all the seats are to close to the kitchen...HELL ;D thats its...
or we could go to that place where its a bit more classy but alot more expensive... heaven i think is what they settled on
XD...lol
Oh my missile shield !!!
they can fire a missile out of anything i never seen one on a train
will delivered by itself!!!
особенно ЖД вариант- крутнула хвостом(так надо) и ушла...
no negativity toward our corporate rulers intended of course
Both Russia and the US should empty out all ICBMs, get lots of glow sticks, team up for good, take over the world together and have a huge dance party!

Now... Imagine if one of those trucks crashed
The coolest is the Satan (00:25) 210 tons of rocket.
Nice video, does anybody know if the Scalpel is still in service.
wow... thats a about almost a dosen comments here. you really give this site huge amount time. im impressed.
you have good points and i have more to say but, id rather not, i feel lazy to reply on everything here.

Russian general: We need a way to stop america destroying all our nukes!
Russian Scientist: "why not put them on a train?"
General: Of course!
holy crap! you think you couldl get any closer? actually, I'd like to see one that close myself, especially the PC-20.
I'm American. Props to Russia. Nice missiles. I just don't wanna see them headed to north America.
What a terrifying sight!
An ICBM launched out of a train??? Only in Soviet Russia *winks*
I never thought others live in the desert with no food. I always thought we have what it takes to put someone in that situation. That reason alone is why no one bothers us. We will take you out even if you win, That is the mutual assured destruction agreement.
i dont know but like the name says : InterContinentalBallisticMissiele.
Just say you can hit everything on this planet.
@sturmpetinthebumpet They could since the 80's
HOLY SHIT KILLER TRAIN!!!!
So you our saying that only Russia would have deployed nuclear payloads? No way, we would all be dead. Also you should be very proud for your service. That is one cool job to have. Best wishes from your friend and enemy, America.

In soviet Russia, THEY CARRY FUCKING NUCLEAR MISSILES ON PASSENGER TRAINS!
