This is a fake account! Her real one has 64k subs! Look up OTTB transformation, scroll down and you’ll see the real one with Millers transformation. This account is fake

@@EmmaEquine This is not a fake account. How could it possibly be fake with new content that is clearly still me, my horses, and students in the videos? I made a new channel because my old one was super inactive.

I knew a few ponies in the past they got that way it shows slowly overtime. What we did that solve the issue was we brought the other horse out by the arena with someone holding them and slowly over a few shows worked at separating them more. Eventually they got to the point where they were fine except for in super chaotic areas in which case we would still have to bring the other one back. Absolutely agree that horses are usually fine with their best friend at home, but shows with all the stress can definitely make them really want their friend. I know what I listed above is not ideal for everyone but in the case that it was used for two ponies with two kids riding them, and we needed to keep the kids safe and keep the ponies calm

How I want my horse to behave: Cricket
    How he actually behaves: Aqua.
And that is why we stopped showing. He’s old and retired now but every show was so stressful. I wish I had realized that years ago but that’s what age and maturity does

Lesson learned to not take Kane and Aqua to a show together.

Do you ever braid for shows?

For rated shows if they were doing something that required braiding then yes but this was a schooling show and braiding is not required.

Have you considered putting aqua on regumate ? I never used it with my mares but I have friends in my barn who used it and it really helped their mares settle down. Also, I know people that have used the calming cookies and I know they work really well these days. Just some ideas I had for your show struggles. You did a great job with Aqua, and ending her on a good note even though you didn’t get to show. Hopefully, she will take those schooling lessons and put them into a show next time.

I don’t think regumate would fix what happened, especially since she has been fine at other shows without Kane and the issues that came up had nothing to do with her being a mare. She was actually better behaved than Kane, and he’s a gelding. I have a pretty good idea of what the issue was. They are fine without each other at shows but they are best friends at home and when they realized they had each other in a stressful show environment they didn’t want to be apart. There was no way of knowing that would happen until they went to a horse show together.

@@StephaniePrince23 oh yeah. The buddy sour bonds. I’ve had a few horses like them. I hope you keep showing and hopefully with time… the two learn separation doesn’t mean their world is ending. They end up in the same barn, same pasture, same trailer etc… eventually every single time. Best of luck girl.
      Cheers
