Its is very easy to write a comment without any legal information or knowledge. You should investigate first the is legal there was a stay order but then cleared from the court. Dues are meant to be paid if there's a delay in payment builders has right to ask for the dues
@@SABOOR_125 I have personally spoken with former DC Malir Ghanwar Laghari. He is the one who moved the case of illegal mother entry in the Land records. Even the construction work was suspended at the behest of Assistant Commissioner and Mukhtiarkar Airport area. If I am proven wrong I will retract my comment. As for the dues the builder keeps renewing extra charges with every call. I had a lot of faith in Falaknaz but I soon realised the error of my ways and therefore I withdrew my investment from their project.
