Hi, My laptop Model Is HP Victus 15 fb1013ax. Its have only 512GB m.2 SSD. I need more storage. I saw this laptop ssd2 is written but no slot.

Please uninstall the keyboard drivers and check again.
Right-Click on start button> click device manager> expand Keyboards>
Select the keyboard drivers that are listed and right-click on it and uninstall the drivers.
Then restart the computer and update the bios and chipset drivers from hp.care/2syreDe select the country and type the product# of the computer. Then select the correct operating system and follow the on-screen instructions.
