I like a bit of scenery. Every Sandsend video I wonder if that horse will make an appearance.

Thats fine mate i appreciate the honesty and to be fair once you have seen it once it can get repetitive. Ill try and stick to the finds from now on unless i get somewhere to early ha ha

@@TheYorkshireFossilHunter I’ve watched your videos and Fossil adventures, and other fossil channels for so long, so enjoyable and I’ve learned a lot. It must be a huge amount of work to film and edit videos, I think it so important to give positive feedback and give you support 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Got a six inch hildi the day after you were there! Unfortunately the group event was too earlier a start for me to get there living almost 3 hours away but I did go to sandsend.

Mate, I've got a find I'd really like to ask some advice about. I have an oval nodule about 9inch by 6inch, on either end there are multiple visible ammonites(3-4cm across) but in the centre there is still matrix over the top. It looks like the Ammonites will continue across it. Do you have any advice? I have a Engraver but they seem quite delicate and the matrix only seems about 1-2cm deep, I tried vinegar but no joy as we found it in whitby (seems like silt bed rather than limestone). Thanks Mate

Sorry i missed this. Do you still have the fossil. I do offer a prep service if your interested in having it professionally prepped?
