capcut PC user here almost all the good stuff is pro and all the bad stuff is free like to remove a simple background of a person, WHICH WAS FREE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, I now have to use free websites to remove the background of a person which annoys me so much, even the stock images are pro and like what I can just onto the web and use those... I noticed that after i edit a video with free effects the next day to edit another video with mostly the same effects that I get a "update" to fix a problem for pro users but instead they decided to make the free effects that I used for my edit FOR PRO USERS and I was thinking that they personalize the pro items for every person who edits so they are more likely to buy pro because they see that there effect that the like the most is in the pro section. As an OG capcut user, I miss when nothing was “pro” and almost everything you could use was free and you didn’t have to pay for half of the effects and voice effects. One thing I’d change is that they shouldn’t make something that wasn’t pro and then suddenly make it pro so you can’t use it, they should introduce something that is already pro and not just straight up locking it away from you.

if you are more experienced with editing, i would highly recommend you switch to alight motion! yes, it is more complicated but there are many tutorials you can follow. i started using is a few months ago and my editing has improved so much!! for me, it is also less laggy :)

Holy hell, you are too damn correct for this! You are speaking facts here. As a music video producer who uses capcut, it is so awful that they make everything paid. It's just so awfully obvious that they are money hungry and that they will make 100% of everything pro one day - hell, even the app, that's for sure! At this point, I think CapCut should remove pro, because that's where I draw the line at them making everything cost 9274 American dollars, at this point.

Tutorial of how to use pro: first, make the edit/video with all the pro stuff you want, and when your done instead of exporting it, screen record the edit on there, then edit that edit to crop it, then you have a CapCut edit without paying for pro with using pro! And even tho it’s low quality, if you wanted a blurry edit, it’s really good…

Bro, you’re right! I seen this earlier today. Like, it’s so annoying. CapCut is just so desperate to be a really good editing app. But uhm. Since everyone is mad, here’s an idea. Since everything is becoming pro. Well, almost everything. You can use the pro effect and put it on your edits. Then, you record your edit that has pro things since you can’t export it if you don’t have pro. And there you have it! Just record and play the video/your edit, and you’re done! Hope this was helpful. Oh, sorry I didn’t know you mentioned my idea. And yes you’re right. It’s low quality.
In cap cut I used pro things and it was not laggy and perfect timing when I screen recorded it it was so laggy and not perfect timing and I took over 4 hours making this vids

if you are more experienced with editing, i would highly recommend you switch to alight motion! yes, it is more complicated but there are many tutorials you can follow. i started using is a few months ago and my editing has improved so much!! for me, it is also less laggy :)
Quick tip for using anything in capcut even though you don’t have pro: Just screen record it and then crop it.
then it will lose the quality.

You are speaking facts here. As a music video producer who uses capcut, it is so awful that they make everything paid. It's just so awfully obvious that they are money hungry and that they will make 100% of everything pro one day - hell, even the app, that's for sure! It's fairly obvious that they are greedy people, you got a point. At this point, I think CapCut should remove pro, because that's where I draw the line at them making everything cost 9274 American dollars, at this point.

I swear to god, this is SO TRUE! I use CapCut ALL THE TIME for One Direction edits and lyric videos, but I find it ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to use transitions due to EVERYTHING being marked "Pro". And it's sad 'cause there's no other editing app as good as that.

Some fearures doesn't become pro for me
I still remember the moment when "stabilize", "motion blur" and even "tracking" were paid soon after the 4.3.0 update. Then i tried the phone version, too, those features also gone "pro". Capcut used to have the best motion blur and stabilizing features, but now they're gone.

the reason why capcut does that is where they get the money from, capcut does not give you ads (which gives them money) or pay to use. which is why they make almost everything pro.
