Andy is great in sales...he does these and teaches for free so that he could get much more in terms of views and clients this guy is a great leader and salesman even though some may say he focuses on closing but he teaches,greaatings, communication, confidence and tells us that we need to focus on giving the customer a reason to believe and agree
Andy is great and has the right attitude, anyone dissing him either isnt a sales pro, or doesnt get it! 10% of the sales people make 90% of the money..learn from him, or show proof your closing the majority of your leads. If you are, you'd be making at least 200-400k a year.
This is a fabulous video, nice to see Andy actually teaching and providing value rather than screaming at overweight people in his audience. It's the first time I've seen him like this and the first time I see he has something to teach and I can learn from. "He's not selling, he's getting in the weeds and giving information". I have been guilty of this. Man, so many nuggets in here!!!

Andy you have to download and use program that will edit your voice ... too many people know your voice it's unique, who ever is doing your audio things needs to put a bit more efford at end of the day you pay them to do that for you .

Geez that’s painful. The guy should fire himself. We have roughly 250 sales reps across our dealerships. I hear thousands of calls. Sadly he’s not the only one out there.

It’s painful to hear you talk to these guys….if anyone of you guys want to be a sales guy and have half of Andy’s drive,,,, you will kick all these guys asses….
I would say " I appreciate your concern and caution, can I ask you a quick question though? Do you know how many hours it takes at something to be considered a master? ... 10000 hours... I have 20,000 hours of doing this business under my belt and over 100 5 Star Reviews, then i make them the hero by saying. Youd be apart of the original group of people that i would have in my book and my success story!. So when can we book you in? Weekend or Weekday?
