The Brussels Tango Festival does have a night of show where the dancers are randomly mixed and don't know the music (that happens on the Sunday night) but this dance isn't part of it. Roxana and Sebastián are regular dance partners. I have no idea to what extent shows are prepared or improvised.
These two never cease to amaze me with their technique and musicality. Their joy in performing together is contagious.

Kind of. Well, that is the rule, but professional dancers who perform shows like these usually have a choreography planned.
