    So it’s basically Suimen or similar noodles with expensive prawns. I think I could do that 😜

    I was just thinking before the noodles barely hit the pan he put the shrimp in think I would’ve waited to the noodles get soft then the noodles because if you recook shrimp they could get very rubbery so shrimp should always be the last thing in a pasta or noodle dish.

      It's a Le Creuset braiser pan.
