Cztery żelbetonowe schrony ciężkie zbudowano w 1939, niedługo po powstaniu zostały czynnym świadkiem długotrwałych walk o Hel.
Schron Sęp usytuowany jest na plaży od strony morza, zaraz przy nim Saragossa, dalej Sabała (ośrodek dowodzenia) i nad zatoką Pucką - Sokół. Lekki schron bojowy to część drugiej linii Ośrodka Oporu Jastarnia.

Four heavy reinforced concrete shelters were built in 1939, and soon after their construction they became active witnesses of long-term fighting for Hel.
The Sęp shelter is located on the beach on the sea side, next to Zaragoza, then Sabała (command center) and on the Bay of Puck - Sokół. The light combat shelter is part of the second line of the Jastarnia Resistance Center.
