These are lithium ion batteries I use them too I disassembled one they have 2 pouch style lithium ion battery cells rated about 600 mAh I used my rc battery charger to do a capacity test I found them to have a real capacity of 560 and th3y can handle a 2 to 3 Amp discharge rate without issues the bms inside is what will terminate charging not the charger if you exceed 3 Amp on discharge the bms will be damaged it is something I learned while testing to determine what they could do if you treat them well the will last a very long time
