Kya main visa application partial results ke sath submit kar sakta hoon bina final semester results ke? Visa application ke waqt final result na hone se koi issues honge?

Consultant said you can apply for masters in digital marketing. Will it work?? Conflict tw nhi ho ga degree ka. As my whole education is different then digital marketing. Later on issue tw nhi ho ga at the time of PR?
