I've been going through quite a number of review videos on both the Rally Pro and GT Pro. Both your videos were amongst the last I watched before finally deciding to put my money on the GT Pro. Your point on the 19" front wheel being adequate for light off-road is right, you just need to have a set of 80/20 or similar installed. Very often many folks will pick something with a 21" front thinking they'll be spending a whole lot of time on trails, and quite often they spend the majority of their rides on tarmac instead. Great work!
Thanks for watching the video. I'm glad to hear this helped make your mind up. I definitely would have preferred a 19" front with my bike. I have taken the Africa Twin off road and it was amazing but it spends most of its life on road. You definitely wont be disappointed with the GT PRO
Had my 900GT for 2 years and I still love it. Did a 2,500 mile tour around Europe this year and it was perfect. Great on the motorways and superb in the twisties. Averaged 62mpg so around 230 miles from a tankful. Personally I didn't loike the Metzeler stock tyres, I found they tracked on any road irregularities. I changed them after 5,000 miles for Michelin Road 5's and what a difference in handling characteristics, in my opinion, it made a good handling bike into an excellent handling bike, especially in the wet. Great review by the way
Thanks for the comment. I'm glad to hear you enjoy the bike. I really like it. I agree with you about the tyres, my Africa Twin has them and I absolutely hate them.
Took mine to Turkey from Isle of Man in May and it was great other than bar vibes and running out of oil twice (despite checks). Traded in on return but I do miss it.
Hi, thank you for your video, I managed to get two demonstration Tiger GT's out for a ride. I much prefer the 900, this seems to be easier to get round corners. Like you, I loved this suspension. Our rural roads are awful. So I purchased my first Triumph Tiger GT900, I love this machine. Thank you.
I own a red one, got to be the best colour, I'm with you on this, lovely bike. First bike for a while that when I'm out and get back from a ride I have a smile on my face and don't want for another bike.
At Last. A proper review for riding in the Real World !!! You’re bang on for the right gear at the right speed !!! Well done and please keep them coming. You’re a Breath of Fresh Air 😊
Nice review. Would love to see you do more triumph bikes. I've been to solent triumph and they're a brilliant bunch of people there. Also their bike range is stunning. I want to see you ride the Rocket
That's the exact bike I took out from destination triumph Fareham...I've bought it in the same colour and hopefully be receiving it in next couple of weeks with lots of extras fitted..totally agree I had a permanent smile on my face when I took it out...awesome bit of kit for sure...Great review 👍
Great bike. Mine has wider dark screen, rear hugger, front fender extender, but most of all a beautiful looking and sounding exhuast. Not race sound but nice burble. Only thing I had changed at purchase was the Tourance tyres as they suffer with handling problems after about 2k.
I think I probably would. The tiger put a smile on my face whereas the GS didn't. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying the GS is a bad bike. It's very very good, just didn't excite me like the Tiger did
Yes. There's no competition. I was recently offered to chop my Africa Twin in for the NT1100.....didn't want to do it. The tiger is a far better bike than the NT.
@@RevZolution I’ll need to take one out for a test ride then. I had the NT1100 for a few hours when my VFR was getting work done and loved it so if these are that good I can’t wait to try one! Thanks.
I've not ridden the 1200 yet, frustratingly I injured myself before I could ride it. However, the 900 is a cracking bike as you can tell by how much i loved it in this test ride. I wouldn't say you've made a mistake. The 900 is lighter and smaller therefore more nimble and easier to move about. I personally don't think I've made a mistake 🙂

I didn't realise you could get a set of Michelin Road5s to fit the GT pro, can I ask where you bought them
@@trevortodd4255 Michelin Road 5s or road 6. Just have to go up to 110/80/19 for the front, rear stays the same 150/70/17 The difference is huge

The best review I have seen. Many thanks!
You're very welcome. Thank you

Fantastic review I was going buy one of these but if I wasn't I would have on the back of your review very well delivered my freind
Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you liked it 😊 I really do rate this bike
A great real world review for a great bike, I've had my GT pro for a year and a half and just love it every time I'm out on it.
Thank you. I can totally see why you love it. It's brilliant
Thank you for a detailed video !!

Amazing, I'm glad to hear that. Please be sure to tell Thomaz (general manager) you've seen my review and liked it. 👍
I'm very jealous 🙂
@@RevZolution sure will..max sold me the bike...it arrived a few days ago just awaiting the extras to be fitted. Will deffently mention your review 👍
@@stuartrobson5265 that's brilliant. I really appreciate you doing that. If you see me at loomies do come and say hi 👋
@@RevZolution will do for sure...👍
Hopefully picking my new gt pro up next Friday I can't wait
So jealous Dominic. I genuinely Loved the bike!! What colour did you go for
@@RevZolution I'm getting the black one, the blue is nice but preferred the black
Apt review!
I watch Big Rock Moto for TT 900 but your review found it useful.
I am still a fan of BRM
Thanks for the feedback. That's great to hear you found my review useful.
I do enjoy BRM as well

Sounds very nice. It's a quality bike
I've still not read a review that is conducted at a decent speed, it would be nice to see a quick run to see how things go when it's pushed.
does it have engine/ambient temps ? remaining gas/ mileage rate ?
how big a phone; dimensions; to fit in that rear slot ?
Struggling to decide if to go for white or blue
Having seen both, I prefer the blue
Sorry forgot to mention, the exhuast is the ZARD.
I'll have a look online at what that exhaust is shortly
Hi you must try the 2024 tiger 900 GT Pro, new upgrades, you will not hesitate to buy it, even much better than the 2023 model. 😅😅
i want to buy 900 or 850.Have you noticed any problems or malfunctions?
Not whilst test riding this one. It performed amazingly to the point I'd happily own one. As for long term ownership, sadly I can't comment
Great review! If money was no option, would you choose this over a 1200/1250 GS?
I think I probably would. The tiger put a smile on my face whereas the GS didn't. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying the GS is a bad bike. It's very very good, just didn't excite me like the Tiger did
I did! I own a 2023 model 900 GT Pro, no regrets! Have put 10,000 kms on it in 4 months time, not a single issue.
That's good to hear.
I'm torn between a 2018 with 1200gs tft and a 2020 900 gt pro. Both are about the same price.
Do you prefer the tiger over the NT1100?

I've ordered the Triumph Tiger GT pro 900 2023, have I made a mistake as people seem to be raving about 1200?

I’ve had both. The 900 is an amazing bike. I liked the 1200 however it’s still a lot heavier than the 900. The 1200 is fair amount taller as well.
most bikes are 17" front; some 19:". I like to hear from riders who had the kaw versys 1000 to compare.
i hear the 2024 is not same compatoable pannier racks ; ditto any crash bars !!
Nice review!
I also agree with you about putting a bike in high gear at low rpm & speed 🤦♂️ how stupid can you be😂
Thank you.
It makes no sense does it...why would you pull away in 6th at 30mph....i just don't get why people do this
Most people drop their bike...!?!?!?!
Arabo
The weight, balance and mpg of the 900 is far better than the 1200.
Defo, I've not ridden the 1200 yet however, the 900 is defo in the market for more people.
