The most important musician , writer , and composer of stories of a common man's lives and I can't begin to say just how important this man has been in the culture of and American family and oh so much more and been doing this for as long as I can remember and I'm 65 and I remember as a small 5 or 6 year old when I would ride somewhere with my dad he would be playing Willie & Waylon and Johnny just all of what they call if you know who they are the Outlaw's or what I felt these men liked was the Highwaymen . They've had songs written about them and deserve so much respect even if they got into a little trouble here and there but they never hurt anyone they just wanted a break from it all every now and again so as I say I have always had much respect for all the country musicians and songwriters cause that's a very hard world to live through trust me been there done that .
When Willie is finally givin the call that the roll is called up yonder he will be greeted by all his friends and family and his life would be full and complete . I wish somehow he knew how someone like myself grew up with him and Trigger and I still have my album Willie Nelson & Family live and I went out and bought another one so I would always have an unplayed album in case I wore the other one out which I did but didn't retire it until CD'S came out . One day probably not to far in the future I'm gonna break it out and light up a self rolled joint and put the Red Headed Stranger on and wait to see if I'm called ! Bless anyone and everyone who comes here for this song and hold close all those you hold dear cause the world we live in is crazy and peace to you all !!!
