transformer ROG ALLY en STEAM DECK 2 (BIG PICTURE mode)

- just a few easy manipulations
for those who would like a steam deck 2 with this Rog ALLY ^^
I disabled the auto launch at windows startup of the ROG launcher
armory crate - content - system - about - auto launch... - off
and I activated the automatic launch at startup of the steam launcher in big picture mode 🙂
(in normal mode) steam - settings - interface - launch steam at startup... - enabled
launch steam in big picture mode - enabled
there are just a few seconds of the windows desktop visible when starting the ALLY 🙂
the owners of the steam deck will not be out of place!
juste quelques manipulations faciles
pour ceux qui voudraient un steam deck 2 avec cette Rog ALLY ^^ TUTO :
j'ai désactivé le lancement auto au démarrage windows du launcher ROG
armoury crate - contenu - système - à propos - lancement auto... - off
et j'ai activé le lancement automatique au démarrage du launcher steam en mode big picture 🙂
(dans le mode normal) steam - paramètres - interface - lancer steam au démarrage... - activé
lancer steam en mode big picture - activé
il y a juste quelques secondes du bureau windows visible au démarrage de l'ALLY 🙂
les possesseurs du steam deck ne seront pas dépaysé !

Hey, great showcase, I also wanna switch to big picture as the default launcher! I was wondering: have you found a way to make the armoury crate button launch steam big picture?
mmhh... if you still use armoury crate, I think you just have to check the "launch in big picture" in steam settings ^^
Have you had any SD card heating problems or issues yet? Also please test VRC.
no issue for now with microsd 1To
vrchat steam turn very well in ultra graphics ^^

@@yosegaman Awesome! I was thinking cool stuff could be done with the ROG Ally. Like wearable and more portable PC VR as I refuse to get a quest or bend the knee to facebook. My only worry was when I heard about the SD cards getting broken from heat still after summer I think i'll grab one myself.
well since my last post, my microsd reader is down XD
but I updated the nvme for a western digital 2To so no need for microsd anymore and it's faster ! @@FUREXE

Salut merci pour la vidéo, mais du coup tu as plus accès au réglages du genre Tdp, résolution ect ?
Si tu parles de la surcouche ROG avec le bouton de gauche, sisi, ça fonctionne toujours, c'est juste le launcher qui change 👌
