- I mean... at least the checkpoints came with this one, I didn't add them.
Just uploading a quick progress video. Last video of this was well over 100 checkpoints. I have gotten a 4 checkpoint run (song done in 2 parts) so this will be cleared very soon. I am very stubbornly not using more than 4 keys for the entire song.

Hi gamma! First thing, you are absolutely insane at this game. Second, what is your process to learning maps, or do u have any tips to get better
I am usually blessed with BWens videos showing his inputs and I try to mimic those. Also, tonsssss of painful grinding until I learn it. I grind stamina on most days now so learning becomes a bit less tedious.
Outside of ADOFAI I am extremely active and try to stay in good shape. It really does help everything from stamina to mindset.

@@GammaLoop111 honestly this is the part that doesnt make me go into adofai: having to memorize literally any map you play apart from easy ones
in osu however memorizing is only required in aspire/hard mapping and rhythm maps, and most maps can be sightread

Its incredible awesome how awesome maps for this game in terms of rythm but also visuals can get without throwing you completely off

have you thought about getting a hot-swappable keyboard so that you can simply not have switches in places you don't want them as to completely eliminate the risk of hitting keys you don't want to hit?

up to around 3:10 looks surprisingly chill for playing on 4-key. it just takes some control and recognizing what hand you need to hit pseudos with.
after that you got the first section of the chorus with patterns that force your hands to move between syncopations, then back to a rhythmically relaxed outro.
I might give this a try lol, I play 4-key so I can see how comfortable it actually is in the hot seat.

@@AustynL I played it a fair amount after my comment and my best run before using a checkpoint was up to the section I mentioned at 3:10 lol. 1:22 isn't nearly as fast as the single burst of notes at 3:32, and I learned a good rhythm for hitting the hexagonal patterns
@@PennyLapin yeah i feel like what makes this game difficult is that you have to click your own patterns instead of copying a set of notes on the screen

I would actually love to know what was so special about the 1:39 - 1:51 part. Since I'm not a Dance of Fire and Ice gamer I want to know xd It "looked" easier than a few maps you played before (which is completely untrue in reality since you were impressed pretty much but still)
Only the playstyle. I 2 key as much as I can, and it was hard for me to 2 key (3 key technically due to the miltihits) there in small bursts, but I haven gotten a lot more stable with it.
