Ambergate, Shining Cliff, Alderwasley and Whatstandwell Cross Country MTB Loop

A ride through Shining Cliff woods (Ambergate) via the Betty Kenny tree (alleged source of the nursery rhyme 'Rock-a-Bye-Baby'). Then on into Alderwasley and a fast descent to Whatstandwell. To complete the loop return to Ambergate via the Cromford Canal.
