I am discovering copywriting at the age of 48. I had to close my hotel due to Covid. But I do not give up. I am improving my English and French, learning italian. Looking up for marketing techniques I came across copywriting. I will try to learn as much as possible from you. I will focus all my skills on this task: to stand out from the crowd of hotels in my region. My hotel is also my family home from the 18th Century. Thank you very much for your help.

There are many videos on how to specialize or how to gain new clients, but there are very few about how to do the actual writing part. I would like more information about the writing process for a beginner.
That's the million dollar ticket that noone will give out for free. This is something that will make you money, so you'll have to make an investment. It takes money to make money.
Express yourself in words. You are either talented with words or you aren't. The former, with a good work ethic and the absence of rejection issues, will reap rewards over time.

My struggle with copy writing is really, not knowing where to start or how to approach clients. For instance, I am passionate about video games, movies, TV shows, and books. None of these companies will ask me to write copy for them because they have marketing agencies already doing it for them.
The only markets available in my area are related to pharma, architecture, and government. If I could figure out who I should approach and get started, then I think I can be on my way.
