Hi Jen, Your eyeshadow looks so pretty today even if it is on your fail list. Stunning! I use my Zendo as a base with Safari, Biba, Sunrise or Circo Loco. The cream to powders are a bit to creamy in Zendo for my only eye lids, so I use mattes from other palettes over them to set and deepen them up and blend them out better. Try using the Zendo with your other ND palettes. Maybe you'll like it more. 😘😉😁❤🙋♀️
I think this was a really good idea. Sometimes I may use a product and think it’s me if it doesn’t work. Especially when you see some many good reviews. I seem to have the same problem with the ND palette. Thank you
I totally agree with you regarding the ND Zendo palette. I haven't even used mine, it's just sitting in it's postage box.. Yes, I could return it, but because I live in the UK the return postage would take a hefty nibble out of my refund 😠. I'm so glad you decided to do this fails vid. The reasons you gave for a particular product were meaningful and valid. I'm going to saving this vid into my "FAILS" folder. I believe I'm now better equipped to make some sound, informed choices. I’ve been wanting to try Chanel blush for a long time as I’m a Dior lover and have been wearing Dior for YEARS. I’m thinking I need to see if I can find a old formula one now!! I totally agree about that mascara. I actually like the formula, it wears very well on me, no flakes or smudges BUT that wand is aweful. The wand outweighs the look and formula for me.

I had to throw away the Chanel allure Et Eclat, it was making me unhappy trying to get it to show up! I also agree Dior are just awful to deal with …although their packaging is so nice!!
I really wanted to try talked Burberry foundation 😬 I am not fond of the new Chanel blush formula either. As soon as it changed I started picking up old shades. I skipped on that Chanel quad because immediately I could tell it wasn’t going to have much pigment. I actually really like Pink Glow. Once that film is off that first shade it’s beautiful 🤩 the mirage palette looks like a palette of toppers. Awe. Thanks for the mention 🤗💜 Ugh 😑 the Zendo! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ it’s definitely not user error.
I agree with the hermes. I'm also waiting for refills with gucci bronzer. I heard chanel removed mineral oil from their new blush formula and if so maybe that's a factor? I think they have made a big mistake either way. I don't know anybody who is loving the new blushes 😳
ITA...Dior is doing nothing to rectify the present problem with the new quints. When they launched the Cruise quint....the 72 hour only event.....which we all know by now was a false statement...was the icing on the cake for me. I do not like being dupped or mislead.......they only need to apologize and make things right. Thus I will not be ordering from the website in the foreseeable future.
