    It's like you're denying yourself a high five every time.

    Excellent tutorial. I've used it to complete several 500 yard swims. Thank you for posting.

    Tried it and tried it over and over again, could only halfway get this stroke at best. She makes this look easier than it really is.

    This video is great because it shows you the correct form your body should be in to do the side stroke.

    Should your dominant arm be the lead arm or trailing arm?

    • @GusGus0118
      @GusGus0118 Год назад

      It depends on each person. I am right handed but I lead with my left arm. Try it both ways and see what feels more natural to you.

    Sweeeeet I then have perfected the actual side stroke, I can swim side stroke as fast as an average swimmers freestyle,,,,, what I like doing is riding my own wave along side of swimming pools wall,,,,,💫

    Does it matter how much fat you have because I see a lot of chunky kids doing this with no problem but ever time I try I keep sinking in the water and I dont hold much body fat in fact I'm really skinny. Although I asume it's because I'm breathing to fast.

    • @ChaomPR
      @ChaomPR 7 лет назад

      well yeah its a fact that fat float better. The more muscle and dense you are the more prone to sink you are. Also, salty water helps people to float. I have the same issue, its pretty hard for me to float
