Aero Sid incorrect. You pulled back wayyyyyy to early, even on average load, these slow340s need quite a bit of runway to get up to speed. tail strike is simply pilot pulling back to early and not enough speed. hope this helps.
You had a tail strike, bro. With this type of aircraft you have to be careful, because it's a very long airplane, the longest before the 747-8i. You want to ensure that you reach Vr speed before pulling back on the stick, slowly and controlled; not pitching too quickly and hard. I recommend looking into the addon called FsPassenger. This little addon is sure to teach you a lot through making notes of your failure (s). In any case, A340-600 is my favorite bird. Other than your mistakes in this video= tail strike and poor fps rate, I did enjoy everything else. Also, you should look into FsRecorder. This application can be used to record and render your fsx videos with a reasonable amount of smoothness. Hit me up if you need any tips.

Especially with fspassengers , those penalty points will ruin your hard work just because of a poor landing :( Although St Mart's runway seems to short for a comfortable landing for a plane huge aircrafts imo . The tailstrike was close call though

Most important thing, that ACTUAL center of mass of the loaded aircraft should be within acceptable range between leading edge and trailing edge of the Mean Aerodynamic Chord (MAC). How to correct calculate stabilizer trim position DOWN or UP? I flying of Aerosoft's Airbus A-320. There is additional small software to calculate correct weight and balance before take off. You rotate the aircraft too early. Its the same like your Virgin Atlantic A380. Give the aircraft more time to gain speed then rotate so it does not struggle to lift up and it will take all the weight happily and this will prevent tail strikes.

What was your final approach speed ? 160knots was too fast for me in a 777 and end up skidding the runway by 10 . haha
