This is the very simple and easiest way on how to make Bagoong isda or Ginamos yet very clean and very delicious.
You can try it at home so at least you do not have to buy and you can also make it as your business.
Bagoong or Ginamos is perfect for Boiled Banana (Saba), Green Mangoes and for Vegetables, etc.
Bagoong or Ginamos is a Philippine condiment partially or completely made of either fermented fish (bagoóng) or krill or shrimp paste (alamáng) with salt. The fermentation process also produces fish sauce known as patís.
Bagoóng is usually made from a variety of fish species, including the following:
Anchovies - known as dilis, monamon, bolinaw, or gurayan (Stolephrus and Encrasicholina species)
Round scads - known as galunggóng or tamodios (Decapterus species)
Bonnetmouths (redbait or rubyfish) - known as terong (Emmelichthys nitidus, Emmelichthys struhsakeri, and Plagiogeneion rubiginosum)
Ponyfish - known as sapsáp (Leiognathus, Photopectoralis, and Equulites species)
Rabbitfish - known as padas (Siganus species)
Bar-eyed gobies - known as ipon (Glossogobius giuris)
Herrings - Clupeoides lila
Silver perch - known as ayungin (Leiopotherapon plumbeus)

Thanks for sharing. I prefer your procedure the best among the rest.👍 My mom's way is, after few days when more juice are extracted, she removes the juice and boils it with lemon rind or calamansi skin. Cool it down and strain the juice then pour it back to the jar.
