When it comes to ‘chatpata’, spicy, Indo-Chinese vegetarian street food, the gobi manchurian rules in Bengaluru. And one of the most popular versions here, I was told, is the one dished out by Raja at his streetside nook in JP Nagar, South Bengaluru. Hope you enjoy this one. Kripal I had gobi there, it was just ok. The hype given to this place did not really transfer on to the plate. BTW he uses RUCHI GOLD PALM OIL! I got allergy.. Dedicated and always smiling guy I must say, nothing more! And your description was spot on. Take a bow! Identifying that fennel and that peculiar garam masala flavour was something most of the people don't recognize. Amazing!

Kripal you are a food detective. The way you identified sweetness coming from fennel seeds, while others were guessing it was from tomato sauce, was good to watch.

This gobi machurian looks lovely, Kripal a humble opinion from my side what you can do is get around a couple of small eateries like these and instead of your regular 30-45 mins videos you could do Sunday Snippets or something of that sort and compile all these small eateries and post in the og food lovers tv channel while the whole week you could publish the regular long videos, I bet there would be more traffic there.
