There is not much *full scholarship* for undergraduate program (bachelor degree) to Australia.
However, there are some partial scholarship but we need to apply to the university first.

Hi bong/oun, if you are applying to study oversea no matter which country you are heading to it required an english language test either IELTS , TOEFL or PTE.
