I just realized my anxiety is why I pluck too. Its a great product for me. I have been using it for a while now, a year and it grew back a lot more hairs, but.. I recently ruined them a g a i n. Oops. Thanks for mentioning the anxiety factor. It will totally help to keep this in mind.
Im happy to hear it worked for you too! Learning that I pluck because of anxiety helped so much so now I can determine if I am plucking because my eyebrows actually need it or because I am feeling anxious and can pivot and do something else.

I always thought your eyebrows looked great! My boyfriend picks his eyebrows due to anxiety as well so I know it’s a struggle.

After I finished the tube I stopped. My eyebrows have grown back a bit more since this video but I think it’s me not tweezing so much.
