So, I was very excited to test drive this vehicle. I'm sad to say that when I finally did, it just didn't have that snap, crackle and pop or, alternatively, the deep rumble I've come to expect from AMGs. I had a C43 with the V6, and I'm telling you, it had way more character than this 4 banger. the engine they need in this car is the inline 6 from the CLE53. It's still not AMG of old, but it's better than this. Anyway, after the test drive I told the salesperson the same thing I'm going to say here: If it was $20k cheaper, I'll live with it. But at $100k, it's not worth it. Not sure why RUclips reviewers like it so much, and this review hasn't really shed any more light for me. Maybe because it's fast? But for an AMG product, fast isn't everything. It also has to have a soul.

Every single ICE engines that has more than 4 cylinders will (should) be taken out of the market eventually. The earth is sickened too much.
