This is solving example 10-5 in Thermodynamics an Engineering Approach by Cengel and Boles. In the text book it doesn't show how state 6 is done, where this video does.
1- If the pressure value is not given, then the temperature will be given and you can see pressure against temperature using steam table. 2- the operating pressure of feed water will be same as the presdure of steam entering into the feed water heaters.
