We reset our router last night and now we don't remember our PPOE username and password therefore we can't use the internet. It says "failed! Confirm your username and password and try again"

You are getting this failed message because you have entered the wrong username and/or password for your PPPoE account. To resolve this, you can either check your username and password provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) during the installation of your Internet, or you may contact your DSL service provider to verify. Once you have verified your PPPoE account, you may now enter them on the router’s web-based setup page.

Hey! I have tenda f3 with current firmware 11.13.01.04_en. Every time i try to upgrade it will start and right after 4 seconds shows error upgrading and router restarts. Have tried multiple firmware but same results. Can you please help me?

If your F3 router is not working as it should, dropping connections or not being responsive, you should first do a reset of the router to see if the problems persist.
Have the power plugged in and powered on Locate the Reset/WPS button on your router with a sharp object (e.g. paperclip) and press and hold the button for 7 seconds When the SYS light stops blinking, release the reset button.
If the above instructions don't work you can always try the 30-30-30 reset as follows: When the router is powered on, press the reset button and hold for 30 seconds. (Use a paper clip or something sharp)While holding the reset button pressed, unplug the power of the router and hold the reset button for 30 seconds While still holding the reset button down, turn on the power to the unit again and hold for another 30 seconds. This process usually works for resetting any router to its factory setting.

I did not know about the router version regarding the firmware version, I think the version of my Router is V7TF3-16 and by mistake, I have placed the version V7TF3V4. from there my problem has started, when applying the update the router restarted and then it began not to show the management page, when trying to enter it sends me to a blank page that says (Tenda Wizard) and it does not go beyond there.

It might not be possible to go back to that firmware. It is not worth your time to try to figure it out-which may not have a solution anyway. If it did a partial install of the update and aborted in the middle, there is probably no possible recovery anyway. If you require any further information let me know.

Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open a browser and type tendawifi.com. in Address Bar, tap “Enter”. Input login password and tap “Login”.
Step 2: Tap “Wireless Settings” > “Wireless Repeating”;
Select the repeating mode "WISP" or "Client + AP" mode, and then tap the refresh icon next to the upper wireless signal name, after scanning the signal, select the wireless signal which you want to extend.
Between the WISP mode and Client + AP mode, the common points: Both of them can expand the Wi-Fi coverage and enhance the Internet experience;
The difference:
WISP: After the repeating is completed, the IP address of the device that is connected to AC5 is assigned by AC5;
Client+AP: After the repeating is completed, the IP address of the device connected to AC5 is assigned by the upper router.
Step 3: After the restart is complete, enter tendawifi.com in the browser, log into the router management, open the “Internet Status” menu, and check the status below, indicating that the repeating is successful!
If the wireless signal of the upper router is hidden, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the “Wireless Repeating”, select the “Repeating mode”, and then open the upstream Wi-Fi Name column and select “Enter Wi-Fi name manually”;
1. The following items must be input with the same information as the upper wireless signal. Otherwise, the repeating will fail. Then tap “Save”, and the router will automatically restart after saving.
1) Wi-Fi Name: If the upper Wi-Fi name contains uppercase and lowercase letters and symbols, please make sure the input is correct;
2) Frequency band: To confirm the upper wireless signal belongs to 2.4G or 5G, please select the correct one;
3) The Encryption mode and Encryption Algorithm: Select the same encryption mode and Encryption Algorithm as the upper wireless signal.
4) Upstream Wi-Fi signal: Enter the password of the upper wireless signal, please input it correctly;
Step 4: After the restart is complete, enter tendawifi.com in the browser, log into the router management, open the “Internet Status” menu, and check the status below, indicating that the repeating is successful!
