Not completely true... it involves aircraft and other flying crafts (designing and producing parts and components). What should rather be said is that you are not limited to working with aircraft. The degree offers the student expertise in working with machines and motors in for example vehicles also. Like mechanical engineering, it is a versatile degree. There are 2nd year modules that involve computer software development and electrical engineering. YYOS 2 Students are currently busy with an assignment where they have to do coding for a drone that has to drop a package within given constraints. Lots of problem solving.
