This home is exquisite! The clean modern minimalistic style is spectacular. A lot of thought and planning clearly went into this. About the bathtub in the shower, I have no issue with it when space is limited. In a house of this size though, it would be nice to have it outside of the shower and give it its own designated space. A couple pet peeves... (1) the soap niches appear to be too small for today's common super-size shampoo bottles, (2) I get that the rocks around the bathtub are to create a spa ambiance but I hate them and think they belong outside and (3) barn doors (sigh) even though these are not the typical farmhouse barn doors and more elevated in style, I still hate them. Just my opinion of course, to each their own but overall this house is fabulous!
Love the feedback! Funny, I absolutely LOVE the river rocks. Barn doors are getting a bit long in the tooth at this point, but I still dig 'em. But different strokes right! Thanks again!

Zero privacy. Ridiculous for that price. The mansion behind looks down into this house 24/7. No way. And the front door allows the street view to see right in. Unfortunate design choices.

Wow, that's cool. Almost like an auto dealership showroom with the big door and all - but without cars, of course. And nothing says "upscale" like a barn door. I bet it has a great, industrial Mr. Coffee machine, too!

BEAUTIFULNESS; rooms and or area's in regards to the mansion 👀 looks like scene's shown in those for sale beautiful house and home magazines, the listed as mansion looks moreso like a rental vacationing resort, also looks like a place that the owner could choose to rent out for family reunions and for weddings and other kinds of of gatherings of different kinds of parties that's if the owner have a hard time selling such fabulous beauty; because persons could go broke paying five million or more for such gorgeousness including taxes and other fees seller and or banker will add later to the sale; and then after, the buyer maybe will have to pay between one and two million year to pay for to keep all that fabulous fancy smancie built inside of mansion and built outside of mansion connections functioning, and persons would probably have to pay a handy person or two to maintain and or maintenance the built-inside and built-outside luxury such as the lighting, the pool, the grass ect and they'd also probably require to pay for a maid or two to help keep the big mansion clean and neat.
With this price, where the urinal? 🤣
I’m not a farm animal so I hate barn doors, is there an upgrade for these doors, pocket doors would be even better.
