can someone tell me how he does 45k dps when power weaver is only 39k benchmark

it depends on the benchmark, but benchmarks are usually average DPS over full rotation or training golem full health bar or some period of time. you may sometimes see a damage spike on arcdps outputs but it doesnt really matter

The benchmark everyone is talking about is done on a golem with rules you can read at snowcrows. There is a specific setup of boons etc. The real damage dealt can be higher because of but not limited to hitting multiple enemies, other damage modifiers and in the specific case of ele usage of glyph of lesser elementals.
Also you can see target (Sabetha) dps was "only" at 30761 @@Contam

The numbers show otherwise, plenty of people actually play it and will keep playing it, because this is the best game to ever be made. It has its flaws, but nothing come close to the flaws of all the other games.
