- I recently delivered a digital creativity session at #SPC19 in Las Vegas and had such an overwhelming response, that I decided to do some follow up posts on creativity. Today we'll take a look at the Hero Web Part and all the cool crazy stuff you can do with PowerPoint and SharePoint. That's very cool! Making great designs from just a simple webpart!
As always Tracy, you're brilliant and thanks for the creative ideas. Love all your videos...
Thank you! I need to go back and watch this again to see exactly how you made the grid template.
This is AMAZING! Thank you so much!
Beautiful designs! Thank you!
Glad you like them!
You are awesome 😎
That's great...! I really enjoyed creating on a similar line..!!
Suggestion: Use mic sound seems to be very low..!!
Yeah, i had problem with Mic in some videos. Latest ones should be much better. 😊
What is the aspect ratio of the 5 boxes in your second slide (white slide without the image yet
What is the size of each grid that you've drawn? Thank you
Hey, do you know if there is any way to get rid of the fading to black in the hero parts?
I’ve got a vision for “floating” tiles but the stupid fade to black(grey) ruins the look and Microsoft here completely unhelpful when trying to approach for a solution.
Hi, In the Hero web part no, but you could add images web part with links that wouldn't behave that way - but they would be standalone.
How do I make the newly created pic/jpg to go across all 5 parts of the Hero? I only seem to be able to edit the pic in each single portion.
I only did it for fun. If you watch the video you'll see how, I added 5 different images.
I believe it's Hero which an H, not "yero".
Hi, I can't figure out the aspect ratio of the grid itself within the slide? Is it also 4:2.7?
Yeah I determined 4:2.7 but remember this is just having fun with the web part, it's not really good to do because of responsive and different resolutions.
