CSX Steel Plate Train S980

S980 rolls south with another train of steel plate from the Chicagoland area going to Florida to be made into pipe.
Here it is just south of Vincennes, IN on the CE&D sub.

Awesome footage there. Was he southbound? It looks like it. It’s been a long time since I’ve been out there. I was gonna guess that private crossing was Willoughby but I’m not sure.
