I just discovered you today and I'm binge watching. GREAT content so well done! Your nephew OMG -- he is soooo adorable! You keep doing what you are doing and you'll lose weight. I lost 108 pounds . . . gained some of it back . . . NOW I know what my doctor told me, but I know it for myself now. I'll ALWAYS have to do more than most other people to keep my weight down to a dull roar. You are so right. You just have to keep doing it. My mistake before was thinking I didn't have to keep doing it forever.
I hope you continue this journey, it has been refreshing to see genuine love for others and yourself, i appreciate the effort thats youre putting in an it helps me continue to strive for a better tomorrow as well!
Love the bottles. One is sparkly and happy and vibrant and the other is relaxed and gorgeous simplicity. Are they washable? Can they hold your cold water or juice in the fridge? Very pretty for serving, but depends how robust that paint is!
