Holy moley 😢 I was terrified listening just to that. Encounters are totally life changing, but what Jim and his friend experienced is a whole different level. And so brave to sit there with Miguel. I could feel Jim’s truth 🙏 Stay blessed gentlemen 🫶 you too Miguel and thank you both!🙏
To be surrounded like that must have been terrifying. Jim was spot on when he said they could have killed them if they wanted. Heeding that warning was a very smart move. No telling what might have happened if they hadn't packed up and left.
"They told us it was time to go, and they are serious and they do have boundaries" That was the solid message they delivered to Jim and his friend. I agree that he is right about some hunters that have gone missing and never to be found. That was an intense experience he shared. Thank you Miguel for interviewing your eyewitness, and thank you Jim for sharing.

Jim, I’ve been in the woods plenty and I can promise you, I’ll never call you crazy. I’ve never seen one and really hope I never do. But I’ve heard the clear knocks and the woops. And that’s enough for me. I get the heck out.

That’s an amazing story. It’s scary wondering what these creatures will do and why. It seems so paranormal at times. Jim will have this experience his entire life. God bless you.
Yes, if they wanted you, they could have…. They wanted you to leave….you were in their territory…..very lucky they gave you a warning, and smart on your part to heed that warning…..Thank you Jim, truly a scary encounter👣
Hey Jim I experience the same vibrating howl screaming that you did,,it moved the air and vibrated the ground in 1966 I was in a tent also camping in the area Land Between The lakes,,LBL,,with 29 other Boy Scouts,,we were not thinking Bigfoot back then,, it was wild for sure!
Great interview! What a frightening experience they both had. Just goes to show you how vulnerable you are trapped inside a tent. And somehow they know when the right time is to approach. This means that they absolutely have to be watching. I'm a firm believer, that no matter how terrifying the encounter or sighting is, they mean us humans no harm. It's all a way to get us out of an area. We own the woods during the day, and they seem to want to own it at night.
Not to take away from his encounter, but the noises he's describing sound exactly like Barred owl mating calls. One of their particular calls start out like regular sounding owl calls, and then they morph into like a thousand pound angry chimp noise that you wouldn't believe comes from an owl. There's a couple sounds that Barred owls makes that sound unbelievably primate, and they're sooo LOUD and crisp just like he's describing. I mean he said they heard something approaching, so I'm assuming he means footsteps, so I'm not trying to say that it was just an owl, but those super loud, primate-sounding owl calls is definitely something people need to be aware of. It fools a lot of people.
@@rickitickidicki I don't know about how much YOU look like Robert de Niro ☺️😉, but if Jim isn't his cousin or something - then I guess I'm getting blind! 👀🙂 Not only his "normal face", but certain mimics, facial expressions...it looked SO much like "good ol DeNiro"!! 😸 (If they aren't related, then they either don't know about it, or genetics are playing a funny game on us! 😹) Cheers from Sweden 🇸🇪

Big THANKS to both of yall ❣️ another great interview Miguel and what a wild experience for Jim ! That had to be gut wrenching for him and his friend Larry being so close and knowing right then if they made any type of move they might not have made it back home. Totally captivating interview ❣️
I've spent a lot of time in remote wilderness. All 4 seasons . Seen mountain lion moose bear and the other animals. Even if you don't see them they leave sighn. Not once have I seen or heard anything I couldn't identify. Just recently I went camping walked about 3 miles back in the mountains. The snow was coming on hard so I stopped and set up camp and gathered wood. You know how you hold a branch and step on it to break it. Sometimes you get a piece that's bigger and solid and hit a tree to break it. After I got done breaking a bunch of it I took a little break. I heard what I thought was a dead tree falling. But it kept happening sounded like someone beating on tree like I was. It's possible that someone else was out there but not likely. Had some coffee and hotdogs and went to sleep with out a care in the world. Good video.
Do they feed on our emotions. Fear especially? Thanks for being brav guys. I know how difficult it is to ccome forward ,especially on camera. Good work Miguel. Merry Christmas Sayin' it now, just in case I don't get another opportunity to say it.I believe ya. BTW
9:00 Had very similar experience with them turning from weird owls, to evil monkeys, to devil-like sounds, but this was probably 2 hours south of this location. Around the 15 miles east of the Maramec Spring area, we had a 13-foot tall creature watching us. Only saw it's form/figure.
Thank the people they risk their image and are doing the talking ! So many casuals trespass into the real one’s worlds or sacred endeavors . This applies to many . Miguel’s ole Bud going off in the woods 😅! Just give him time ! He’ll join back up soon ! This 🧔🏾♀️the guy ? Been in the laundromat in Cuba town recently.
Love this channel. I live in Missouri, so just wanted to let you know that the Meramec River is spelled differently from Maramec Springs. It’s just another quirk about Missouri.😊
My brother-in-law lives in Sullivan Missouri when he was a kid and was on the river a lot. He said he didn’t think about it much when he was a kid, but he had rocks and sticks thrown at him a couple of times.
That owl to primate sounds is similar to what I heard in the hollow behind my new place. Thing is I can't be the only one where I'm at who heard it. There in lies the issue the activity being ignored in purpose. Of course my area is so tourist related....🤔
Miguel you hit the 100 000 i new you would has any of the networks called to offer you a show probably not because they don't want the truth coming out good luck buddy you earned it
That’s similar to what 3 of us heard in my friend’s area of central PA. Holy crap! Owl sounds, then gorilla noise, then we describe it as an evil hyena laugh. We had our flashlights off and it was as loud as a tractor trailer and seemed like it was 15ft in front of us. And we ran!
Yall should listen to Mark Bartons experience! According to him and his encounter, they can't cross a threshold without being invited in. His encounter is just wow. You should try and have him on Miguel!
Wow. Jim’s encounter was intense. Sounds like you saw a homeless person at the end of your interview? We are experiencing a huge increase of homeless and mentally disabled people on the streets in our area. My heart goes out to them given the dropping temperatures. I can’t imagine their struggles.
Thanks for sharing, I’ve heard similar encounter stories of this nature. It’s always extremely exciting and terrifying to hear these stories. It ask a bigger question, why are we lied to by the government about these people. Why? I keep listening to put the pieces of this puzzle together. I don’t think the are an animal but more of a people. Often referred to as the Savay people.
I believe this guy... Had a very similar experience on the Niangua river.. Owl calls, howls... even have hair that the conservation department couldn't identify
It breaks my heart to hear people refer to them as animals or demonic, especially after hearing all that has come out. Even his own experience proved they were more than animals. An animal would have just killed them. Anything people don't understand, they label as demonic. If it was demonic, it would have created havoc.
Well Satan appeared as an animal to Adam and Eve. Humans are animals. An angel could appear as a regular person. Its tough to know without really knowing ya know? Thanks
Yes, they get all kinds of labels and ppl saying thing like "I THINK it would've killed me". etc. But the truth is that nobody really knows. It's ALL speculation. Feelings aren't facts. I do understand ppl getting scared because of something being so loud though. It's a normal reaction. In my area you get labeled as "crazy" if you're not scared of them. I prefer to FEEL blessed when I have an interaction...Like them man said in the interview, "It changed my whole way of thinking"....I agree. But you can also use it as a negative or a positive. My mom yelled at me a lot growing up. But never once did she kill me.
It was nice for him to ask people to treat these creatures with respect. Man has always followed the theory of shooting first and asking later. Hasn’t been good for us.
This man's experience is like so many others where the hairy man could have caused serious physical harm or death, if that was the idea for the encounter. It seems that the intent may most often be to simply scare the shit out of whoever it's directed at. I will say that I strongly disagree with him when he called them animals. That is a dead end, they're clearly more manlike than any chimp or ape and are most often described as being HAIRY (not furry) and MANlike. The messed up weird stuff we've all heard surrounding them hold the answers to why they're so very elusive. Natives said they were spiritual and physical entities.. Here sometimes and in a different place others. Believe them when they say this, they know, they're not guessing. That knowledge really changes the way any "researcher"(haha) proceeds in their search for the truth. Run with the sheep or find out what's really going on.....
Event after events they all fell in the same no one gets hurt just extremely fighting I think he's being feed off the fear Plus it's a form of entertainment for them
