Hey man loved the video. Great editing and information, keep being awesome mah dude
🙏 Thanks, bro! I appreciate the comment and I appreciate you!
That was simply the best review on RUclips on the topic, THANKS!
🙏 Thanks brother!
What a great review! You are very good at this. Following!
🙏 Thank you!
Bro... Im fairly new to crypto and Im looking to buy my first cold wallet today. I was attracted to the Safepal bcuz of the price but also had concerns as well but you cleared things right up. You come across as sincere and youve got a really honest face.. Thx ... Subbed as well!!
🙏 I appreciate your words! Thanks for watching!
Ledger and Trevor have the highest ratings.
Ledger Safepal Trezor all good. But I don't understand why Trezor has to enter your password onto desktop screen. Seems to defeat the purpose of off-line.
@@dunnoyolo2238wouldnt agree with that at all! Ledger, despite the recovery discussion, has many security lacks, which they are also aware of, but never changed. And Trezor? With all the censorship and
They would be able to to block transactions.. Wouldnt go with them at all
They have great timing with the FTX fall ^^ Nice video! would love to see a review of the raptoreum blockchain next !
For sure! 🙌 Thanks for watching!
Excellent! Well explained! Thanks!
🙏 Thank you! I appreciate you watching!
Thanks for the video.
Is it possible to use the device without updating it at all?
Can you take the coins in the cold wallet to earn.....if so would that not be considered as interacting the wallet on the internet?
Great video man. Well done. I just ordered one of these. I’m excited to get my coins in cold storage.
🙌 Thanks bro!
Can anyone explain what the asset management tab on the cold wallet is there for? It only shows 0 or 1 transaction for each coin even though there’s been more.
And also, if there’s no internet connection by any means, how did a new coin that I received show up there when it wasn’t scanned into the wallet? I obtained it on my app and next thing I knew it was there.
Can you transfer directly from dex wallets other than safepal (i.e. XUMM, Lobstr)? Also, can you transfer directly from a CEX (i.e. Uphold)?
Do you know if the are going to have any support for assets like Cardano, Ravencoin or even Kaspa ?
It’s unfortunate that most ef these tokens are not fully supported.
Would have like to know that before I made my purchase.
Great video, thank you
🙏 Thank you! I appreciate you!
Great video!
🙏 Thank you! I appreciate you!
Excellent and unbiased review.
Hello Sir great video. can you tell me what you think about that safepal is not open source?
enjoy your video, can you explain SafePal, software download from apple amp?
Great video and love my wallet. Newbie question coming through…. When you can see coin values and even stake, how is that cold?
🙏 Thank you for watching!
The purpose of a crypto wallet is to secure your private keys. Your actual crypto is not stored in the wallet. Your actual crypto is recorded on the ledger of the blockchain that issued it.
So the reason you can see your coins value is because you’re basically viewing the asset you have on the blockchain through your wallet.
Now, staking is a little different. In most cases, when you stake crypto, your funds leave your wallet. So when you stake, your funds are not in cold storage.
The exception to this rule is staking Cardano $ADA. Their stake pools allow you to stake $ADA without your $ADA ever leaving your wallet.
Great video‼️❗️ I'm Def sold.
🙏 Thanks for watching!
Can you make a difference between the Pro version and X1
Hello 🤗 can I use safe pal with an iPad?
Very nice video brother
My understanding is that besides a seed phrase, there is also a PIN code and a passphrase that one can set for this Safepal S1 hardware wallet. If a hacker gets hold of my seed phrase but not the PIN code and/or the passphrase, can he still steal my crypto?
Which cold crypto wallet do you think is the 100% safe and best wallet to use
Very informative video, Thank you for your effort mentioning the safepal s1 cold wallet, but i ve got two questions;
1- It doesn t support ADA cardano?
2- You can swap or sell tokens to USDT in the cold wallet? Or it is not possible since it s not connected to a online platform?
Thank you so much in advance, Peace
🙏 Thank you for watching!
1. It supports $ADA. But only the Binance version (BEP2 & BEP20) and Ethereum version (ERC20). ADA issued by Cardano is not supported.
2. You can swap USDT through their app
@@WalterPHenry Thank you so much mate
Need clarity if you don't mind
1. Can I send crypto from trust wallet to the hardware device via QR?
2. Are the cryptos on the hardware device or is the hardware device just there for signing purposes when sending crypto out from safepal app? Or both?
3. The app shows you what's on the hardware device right ?
Hi
1. Yes.
2. Your crypto is not actually on the device. Your crypto is recorded on the blockchain. Your wallet secures your private keys that allow you to access your crypto on the blockchain.
And yes, the hardware device allows you to sign transactions.
3. Yes.
@@WalterPHenry thank you for your help. I have one on order. I saw another review showing that you can send crypto directly to the device. In this case will the balance show on the hardware device and how do you then send the info to the companion app in order to send it out?
Nice placards in the background!
Thanks bro! My wife actually made those for me.
On safepal can you send coins from the hardware wallet to the hot wallet in the app flawlessly?
You can send coins to any wallet that supports the assets.
hey man one question, could you send crypto from another exchange like eg coinbase directly to the cold wallet or do you have to send your crypto via the Safepal app, and then from there send it to the cold wallet? really liked the video and I'm looking for investing in my very first cold storage.
When you set up your wallet, you will be issued an address for the coin you want to hold. For example, if you want to store Bitcoin, you will have a Bitcoin address. As long as you have that address, you can send funds directly to it.
Pro tip: Always make sure you are sending funds to the appropriate address. For example, you can not send Ethereum to your Bitcoin address. It must be sent to your Ethereum address.
@@WalterPHenryI was thinking of getting this today. Do you still recommend it? Can I get XRP and XLM from Safepal and transfer them to my wallet from my phone? Thanks!
Does safepal have the additional safety feature of the 25th word passphrase.
Safepal supports a 12 word or 24 word seed phrase.
How I send my money to my cashapp
Great video! May I ask that would you willing to collab a video with Keystone hardware wallet:)😊
🙏 Thanks for watching!
Is it still safe to buy and use safepal hardware wallet now? I found lots of recent negative comments bout it... and theyre just now having discount going on on their safepal wallet, is it a red flag cuz couple of times discount happens is when the company is going down and theyre just trying to get rid of inventory and shut down right after
Since buying the wallet I’ve had no problems. It’s solid in my opinion. The company is constantly updating their tech which is a good sign that they won’t be shutting down any time soon.
have you ever considered they’re having a sale because Black Friday is this week lmao
Hi Walter, thanks for the review. Do you know by any chance what happens if the app is taken down by App Store or google store? Is customer service available? I have checked on their website but didn’t see any number to call.
SafePal does a good job of regularly updating their technology. If the app is taken down by the App Store ( which has not happened since it launched ), I believe they would make any necessary adjustments to have their app reinstated.
With that said, like any other crypto wallet, you are issued a seed phrase during the set up process. In a “worst case scenario”, that seed phrase can always be used to restore your wallet.
@@WalterPHenry thanks a lot!
@@WalterPHenry but don't you need the app to withdraw funds, what good is the seed phrase if you can't withdraw
@@Slabcorn Thats a very good question. Getting delisted from the App store is a risk
They have an app on their website.
Finally, someone I can understand without a heavy accent. No disrespect to others but I need to know what I'm doing.
When you say no disrespect OR no offense to ANYONE they will take it as the disrespect AND offensive... So be careful how YOU choose YOUR wording with a long with other people. Just thought I'd give ya a heads up. Also I'm just being blunt honest with ya. You can take it and just leave everything as is OR you can backlash and make everything a big issues. But make sure you think twice before you say something like this to ANYONE. I know your probably saying, "Why don't you keep that stuff to yourself." I'll say in response like I already said before, I'm being blunt honest. So yeah just thought I'd say that before you get in trouble with the wrong person one of these days. But otherwise, HAVE A NICE DAY AND KEEP ON INVESTING IN CRYPTOCURRENCY AND THATS ALL!!! :)
You put your time and energy to adding your two cents! Mind your own business.
@@trae326 Lol your funny XD so why don't you understand geez -_- also no offense but your the rude type of women that I HATE AND THE MOST!!! Good bye rude women lol 🤣🤣😆😆
@@trae326 yeah I did put my 2 cents in and it was well worth the time :D I didn't forget about you though ;) your kinda cute by the way :p hopefully you have a girlfriend who loves you 😘
Can you send your crypto to another cold wallet other the Safepal wallet’s
You can send your crypto to any cold wallet that supports that asset
Can USDT BEP20 and USDT TRC20 be added to the Safepal S1? No matter how many videos I watch this is never discussed. I have these coins active in the Safepal app but they don't show in the S1
Yes… The Safepal S1 supports BEP20 USDT and TRC20 USDT. When you pair the app with your device, you are viewing the holdings in your wallet.
Yes you can
same... i think this is our only option for a wallet for ustc? ... seems like it
I hope they create another one with hard outer case and more durable, you need to be extra careful when handling it otherwise it is easy to break it, i broke two of these and i'm waiting to see if they are going to bring another version that is more durable, otherwise it's a very user friendly hardware wallet with a lot of features complemented with the safepal software.
Fortunately, I have not broken any of the cold wallets I own, but I do agree that you have to be careful because they all seem to be fragile to an extent.
Thanks for watching!
how the hell do you break it, never mind break two of them ? 😮 You carry it with you all the time in your back pocket or smth ?
Get a little container for it.
All I want to do is move my XRP to a cold wallet and hold it there. Is there a fee to move it to this device? I'm a newb
There will most-likely be a gas fee. But that cost should be minimal.
Can you send usdc on this?
Is there a good video tutorial showing how to move my XRP from uphold to my safepal s1 wallet?
Usually the biggest hurdle is making sure your XRP wallet is “active”. If your XRP wallet is not active, you will need to send a minimum of 10 XRP to the wallet to “activate” it.
@@WalterPHenry I've got my safepal S1 all set up and ready to go.
Questions : 1. Does this wallet link to trust wallet without having to use the safepal app?
2. If you import a wallet to safepal does your address stay the same?
3. Can I just send crypto to the hardware wallet from trust wallet with out linking anything? As in just send to the s1 via QR?
1. No.
2. Yes, if you recover a wallet, the address remains the same.
3. Yes! 😊
@@WalterPHenry thank. So to send out of the S1 hardware I need the safepal app. How does the app recognize the outgoing crypto that's in the s1 that was sent directly from trust wallet?
Just Now I Add a Token On My Safepal Mobile App but that Token is Not Showing in my Hardware Wallet...
Please let me that how could i fix this Issue...?
Did you verify that the token could be sent to SafePal?
@@WalterPHenry Yes I Did...
Thank u So Much For Ur Reply, I would like To Know That..
My All The Token & Coin are Supporting BNB Smart Chain and ERC20 Network...
The Difference Is Only The Transfer Fee, So Can I Use BNB Smart Chain for Long Term Holding
Im confused about the earn section. Is it really staking or yield earning? What's the risk of it. Thanks 🙂
Yes, the earn section allows you to stake your assets in various liquidity pools to earn a reward on your crypto.
You can visit that section to see their current offerings.
The biggest risk would probably be impermanent loss.
Does that mean you can stake in the cold wallet offline?
What was that word at 4:47 lol
Love how you just kept going, reminded me of Biden speaking
😂 “Intermediary” - Its definitely a mouthful!
Thanks for watching!
How do I assure they support my crypto before buying?
On their website, check out their “Assets” page. It has all of the cryptos they currently support.
Also, be sure to pay close attention to the issuing network.
Hello
Is it possible to connect to Metamask ?
You can import a MetaMask Wallet into the SafePal app.
Hey sir
Please they don't allow me withdraw my funds from Safepal after many trial of sending gass fee and yet they withdraw my gass fee and they don't release my USDT. Please can you help me? I need help
Make sure you’re sending your USDT to a wallet that supports it
@@WalterPHenry yes I did, they ask me to send to a TRC20 wallet which I copied from my Binance but it says SIGERROR. I don’t know why. Any better explanation please? And they always request for another TRX fee for every transaction with or without the transaction process successful
So i can see my ETH in SafePal app but not on my hard wallet device. Also wouldn't someone be able to get access to the SafePal app and move my crypto? I tried sending some ETH to Binance and it didn't require any password. How is this safe than any other wallet?
The SafePal app can be used as a standalone wallet or connected to the S1 device. It sounds like you’re using just the app. You may need to go through the set up process again to make sure the app and your device are synced properly
@@WalterPHenry yeah I did little more research and got it working.. now when I try to move a coin I need my actual wallet device to confirm the transition.. 👍 thanks for the reply
How would I see my hot wallet??
Does it support Terra luna classic?
Yes sir!
Does Safepal support XDC?
Yes
We can still use safepal If binance bankruptcy.. ???
Yup! 😊
Is this compatible using PC?
They currently offer a mobile app and a browser app.
Do u buy it on Amazon? Or the actual company?
It’s always recommended to buy from the actual company.
However, if you do end up buying from Amazon, test the wallet before you use it.
Here is a video I did explaining how to do that:

Hi there. Can I get some help??
What about battery
Battery life battery is pretty solid. No complaints on my end!
@@WalterPHenry i hope it will continue to work with USB power after the battery cycle has reached the limit
👍✌️
Self destruct? An explanation would have been nice.
It's a mechanism used to clear the critical information stored on a device like a cold wallet. More like if someone tries to open this device it detects that using a light sensor, contact sensor etc, the device clears the memory of the device holding this information
2:20 binance invested in FTX.
🤓
Wait wait wait, isn't there a risk of hacking when you connect using USB to update the software?
You are correct. A USB connection can be a susceptible vector.
With that said, besides WiFi or Bluetooth, which can also be compromised, how else could you update the device?
@@WalterPHenry Tough one hey
My question is if the company goes out of business who's going to develop and maintain the software
@@WalterPHenry what if the device already supports the cryptos I want, can I just choose not to ever update it or will they make it where you have to every 6 months like most apps
@@Slabcorn i think you can move your wallet to other software wallet and move your funds..
Clearly a very professional company with their
customers as main focus. Was lucky to be
contacted by one of their agents Adriannotch on the internet after
my application. Very technical and clear
languaged, transparency at it's finest. Would
recommend. You’re the best crypto recovery agent.
I have 2 safepal and they are superb. I hate ellipal all versions because their mobile android apps are horrible and never permit you to do anything smoothly. you have to calculate gas fees manually...no button like " All or Maximum" out... ellipal sucks a lot.. everything you do you need to type manually

Best cold wallet for a old dummy
😂 Its definitely a solid solution!
@@WalterPHenry I forgot to put a question mark after. I was referring to myself. 😂
