I’m glad you shared some of your beginning goals like, “clean the kitchen,” “pay off credit cards”, because often, for me anyways, I think goal planning has to be “something grand grand,” rather than simple beginnings… cultivating goals and planning skills rather than being paralyzed by trying to come up with what “should” be a goal… Yay! Wow! i am truly grateful. so i decided to implement and put the information and what i learnt into practice in order and i was shocked to realize Holy Spirit began to remind me of dreams he had placed on my hearts, as i wrote them down in my journal. Thank you for sharing more of your story in the beginning. Made me tear up. I find myself right now in a very similar place. Sleeping in, moping around, behind on house work, in debt, over weight, and just kind of a mess. Married 4 years and just found out im pregnant as well.

My issue is trying to replace my bad habits with good habits. I can’t seem to motivate myself to just move! I did purchase the planner but I need to get myself motivated to do what I wrote and I don’t know why I can’t! I know in my heart I want to but I am in some form of funk. I need to kick myself in the butt!!
I’m writing declarations over myself until I get my planner then will transfer them and my goals in it!
Oh yes, I can identify. I take one at a time and ask God to help me, to push me, and just do a little more each day. He does!
If it helps at all, I have been in similar situations, and the biggest help was to focus on doing one thing right, so I would work on one small habit at a time like drink a glass of water every morning after waking up, after getting this done for 5 days it already feels like a win and you are more motivated to keep adding more habits, small and incremental steps add up to a lot with time.

Terri does teach in a recent video that you have to know when you are the most productive and utilize that time for completing these habits. She said that her and Rodney are the opposites in this as she is very much a morning person. So, it may work better for you at night if you're more of a night person. - TSFM Team
