Mashallah nice enjoy Pakistani food but don’t eat too much spicy food , there no doubt brilliant food seriously they are very good because defferent spice masala but look after your diet aswell, Alhamdulillah Pakistan is hot country so weather is hot so people can digest easily food because you sweating so hot . Please don’t mind my comments I saying about healthwise because it’s heavy food.
I live in uk here cold weather honestly we don’t sweating if we eat here heavy food My nihari,paratha, cow feet (paye)

Doodh (milk) Patti (tea) the tea made without adding water it's little bit creamy and thick one cup is enough for the whole day no doubt it gives u a kicks while you are tired we also drink it as a home remedy to cure cold sour throat to stop sneeze and when you are feeling low after spending a hectic day
