as a philadelphian ( by exention pennsylvanian) i can say it is definatly NOT always sunny in philly.( though i am confused how the us can recognize our flag but not our neighbor ohio"s)and its funny how they thought philly was the capital l mean it is the biggest city by a long shot like who has heard of harrisburg OTHER than being the capital.
