I agree with you on the Super Powers, I have no idea what the plan is for this line. It really should be a continuation of the vintage line. Give us the planned stuff like Batgirl and Supergirl, the rest of the Teen Titans, the Wonder Twins and then some of those 90's updates. It's so freaking annoying that they are just skipping all over and the multiple versions really dilutes the line in my opinion.
I find crazy that we as collectors are willing to drop $100 to $200 for 6inch to 10inch action figures. (3rd party, MP, and the list goes on) When I began collecting figures back in 1994, $50 was considered to be high priced for any figure that wasn't vintage. I was spending $125-$150 for 1/6 scale figures. Now the minimum for 1/6 is $250! Of course figures today are on an entirely different level over figures of the past. And we will drop a couple hundred bucks without thought! imagine what we could of had back in the 80s and 90s spending this much money. Vintage USS FLAGG $110!
Voyager class, leader class, commander class, legends class, titan class. I’ve collected since G1 and I still have no idea what any of this means. I just need “minibot size”, “Autobot car size”, “optimus size”, “metroplex size”. Heck, I’ll even spot you a “micromaster size”
31:25 Ace said that the Great White is shipping now. I pre-ordered two, and haven't gotten an email notification yet, but nice to hear. With that claim, I should have them before Thanksgiving.
Great news! Stoked about the KO Rhinox. I finally bought the magic square Bruticus, as a whole set, but was wondering if it’s going to arrive in a gift set or as individual boxes…
I didn't buy anything out of the latest GI Joe wave either. Road Pig was a huge disappointment. I'm also waiting for the retro Raptor (hopefully). I wish they did all the Joe's as retros. Also these toy companies are missing out on Battle Beasts. That line would be huge for reissues or proper 6" scale like the Moto origins style.
I prefer retro versions too and only plan to buy them. I’m sure the double edged sword though is that if people aren’t buying the classified version, the retro may not get made.
@@Amh10780 I don’t see all of them getting retro card releases…I would guess that only the highest sold Classifieds get them. That would mean that if you’re holding out for a retro you may not get it if you don’t buy the classified first. While I could see a shift towards retro carded figures I don’t see hasbro betting that much capital to run both concurrently. Maybe they would though, I’m no marketer or toy maker. What I do know is that I’m not paying for both versions of a figure when I’d rather have the retro version. Even then, I’m not a huge consumer anymore. Very picky now.
Battle beasts would do well at retail at the right price but the crowdfund looks cool! Yep we may never see a retro version if the main figure does not sell well
Yes we do need the Batmans. This is a fantastic version. I hope he makes them all. Youre going to have to get used to it. Batman and Superman outsell all other characters combined. They fund these lines’ new tooling. His Super Powers line is incredible. The other SF2 exclusives are $40 because they come with a billion accessories. That Wolverine is the ‘97 version and is a $100-150 figure secondary. Jayc said Rogue was supposed to go up with him but got pulled. She is a $150-250 figure on eBay. She’s at least $100 loose. If you didnt get the ‘97 Wolverine then no you dont have it. That line new tooling. Bravo to Hasbro for reissuing the expensive figs again for those who didnt get them. Some of those ‘97 figs were impossible to get. I never saw Rogue or Cyclops and Wolverine once. Hopefully that Rogue does come back and I never picked up Gambit. He was easy to find and then what happened in the show happened and disappeared overnight and went from retail price to $100+.
Strange, FT Gehry has been available to buy and be delivered here in the UK for over a week now RockFX already has a review as he got his on Thursday. Weird to see that we can get stuff earlier here than you guys across the pond.
Facebook is such a trash platform. My aunt passed away and some douchebag took over her account changed her profile to his and started commenting on old photos of passed away members of the family. All our family has reported him but facebook says he has broken no rules.
S.H.Figuarts by Bandai Japan (along with Bluefin & Tamashii Natuons) has been long known for largely their Dragonball, Kamen Rider, & Super Sentai stuff...but they have branched out into other things as well: if memory serves me right, there's quite a bit of Marvel stuff, quite a bit of DC stuff, there's some Super Mario Bros. stuff (and this was WAY before the recent movie), they dabbled in Naruto & One Piece to where there's a fair bit of'em but not nearly as much as even Marvel or DC, they did a whole Sailormoon line around the time of the 20th Anniversary back in 2012 (with an anime color repaint line a couple years later), they've dabbled in Rockman aka Megaman (I think they did at least X, Zero, & Sigma from the X series, and maybe Rock from the Clasic series), etc. They even got a couple spinoff lines: D-Arts is largely Digimon stuff, S.H.Monsterarts is literally and exclusively errythang Godzilla, S.H.Figuarts ZERO is super-detailed statues that usually have light-up bases (they did some Dragonball & Sailormoon), and the new kid on the block is Figure-rise Standard, which basically blends action figures and model kits. And so far, there's all manner of stuff here. Digimon, Kamen Rider, Naruto, Dragonball, Demon Slayer, etc. Only real downer is that the vast majority of Figuarts Don't. Come. Cheap!! Unless Bandai Japan feels generous and releases some in the US; I got Son Goku Kaioken at Target a couple years ago for $15, and back in 2011-12, they reissued Shinkenred and Shinkengold from Samurai Sentai Shinkenger during Power Rangers Samurai, and those were $20 a pop...Toys R Us exclusive. That said... ...Nina Williams is one of two sisters in Tekken, who was fairly popular in the first couple games (her sister Anna was usually more popular, it's pretty similar to Dead or Alive where Kasumi's the leading lady, but Ayane gets the people and the popularity). I personally never really cared for Nina much; I missed Tekken 1 entirely, my main in Tekken 2 was Jun Kazama - that's right, Jin's mom who was canonically dead for ages as she was killed in the interim between Tekken 2 and 3, and is now finally BACK in Tekken 8, and I didn't really take interest in Anna Williams until Tekken Tag Tournament. 20:18 That Shredder looks like something from the 2003 cartoon, judging from the oddball Foot Clan symbol (that looks like a ripoff of the Dragon Power Coin for the Green Ranger from MMPR...). Yeah, I miss the ol' skool Foot Clan symbol that I came up with, that ink stamp lookin' image of an actual foot.
Facebook's automated moderation without real people being involved is trash. Not the first time a fake account has taken down a real page either. Happened to some groups I was in. Facebook will also ban me for a week for mentioning scenes from a movie on a post about movies, thinking I'm making a violent threat, yet when I report people for actual threats, Facebook says they're fine.

Hahahha I feel you. I'm kinda in the same boat. That why I'm sticking to MP. Legends is its own scale. The rest are sizes within hasbros main-line.
Might make a good vid because there is a good reason for them to have the various scales
@tydiriumhanger1320 Yeah, I hear these terms get thrown around all the time. Other than Titan, which is obvious, the rest, I'm not sure.
I look forward to get the villain for the 80s Commanders on both versions Mike...😃💡👍
Heck yeah that looks great and they did great work on the whole line so far
I hope the Omni bot is for sale before Christmas ,
I bet is will be out in a month or so

Raptor's new wings are cool. I never cared much for the original one.
There are people who like the robo wings
Todd will make Vac Metal Batman before he ever gets us Cyborg
That is sad but true

That red robo crotch guy from Centurions always remind me of Breetai from Robotech.
Wish Comat Creatures would do the smaller figs.
Watching it now Mike😃☕️💡👍
Awesome!
If you notice this version of slave Leia has shorts on. The older slave Leia lego didn't have that.
Interesting that may be how they get away with it
