  • In this lecture, we derive the advection-diffusion equation for a solute. We then obtain analytical solutions to some simple diffusion problems. In particular, we look at the Green's function for 1-D diffusion problem in infinite domain.

      I am saying "the mass flux is related to gradient in concentration..." I thought it was pretty clear.

      Thank you for the response ,I understood you were talking about the change in concentration .probably it would be gradient of concentration instead of "in".Thank you again
