Fantastic video. Any thoughts on how easy the fan is to replace? Mine is making a high-pitched squeal and Dell is sending a replacement fan.

You might have to remove the heatsink and reapply thermal paste.

Yes, 2-in-1 and the regular version differs only for the screen hinges and touchscreen but inside are the same.
