If there was any swells this is one port I would might just skip. I can’t even imagine not having power and full control and then being towed into it. You have to aggressively commit to this entrance and if that line snaps it would not be a good day. At least they have the best crew maybe in the whole country helping them. But I would still pucker.

The engines in that tow boats could do with a major overhaul checking the injectors , pumps and compression ratio.
