    I said crystals, technically Moldavite is a mineraloid / Tektite, a pure variety of silica glass formed by meteorite impact, high content of quartz / silica but no crystalline structure* note to self

    Wow, I saw this as an add and had to click. I've been collecting Moldavite for about 30 years, I wouldn't have ever dreamed that someone would do this, it's a relatively inexpensive stone. I got scared and just checked my 3.33 trillion that I picked up a few years ago for $35, it's good. I had never even looked at it though my loup, thanks ♥

      @@InnerVisionCrystals Hey, I'm from Romania, I bought my first moldavite two weeks ago from a respectable site here in Romania. It looks real with all the bubbles both round and elongated, it's warm and what I like best it has an alien face on one side. The thing is I don't feel anything when I hold it in my hand but my dreams have become more vivid.
      Can I ask a favor, please?

    Okay so I got a even bigger question now; how to spot fake vs real Phenakite/Phenacite in all types? By all types, I mean from all the different mines that are known to find some from time to time. For example, Brazilian, Nigerian, Russian, Burmese, ect. I can’t find anything online that gives in depth information on how to spot fakes so as to avoid paying an insanely high price for something like clear quartz. I might have found a real one but I can’t tell for sure and I don’t wanna buy until it’s confirmed. Thanks.

    • @InnerVisionCrystals
      @InnerVisionCrystals  8 месяцев назад +1

      So they dont make fake Phenakite like they do with Moldavite. There are very few dealers actively sourcing this elusive stone. I discovered something 15 years ago to help distinguish when I was importing stones from Africa & Brazil, a presidium gem tester will test Diamond on Phenakite.... Everything else will be quartz or topaz for the most part that people are trying to sell as phenakite. You can tell once you've handled enough pieces and are familiar with the crystal structure from each location. A lot of ebay and etsy sellers with quartz, calling it phenakite, expecially from Pakistan, etc. Send an email and I can look for you.... contact@innervisioncrystals.net

I have a half cab pendant which is polished on one side and raw on the other and is very genuine but im worried about making a mala made of moldavite due to how easy it seems to be ripped off. any advice or pointers to where they could be purchased would be greayly appreciated

      If they are clean like Glass, no inclusions, or look like the ones in the pics on the site, the cheap imitations from Etsy & Ebay then yes, stay away. Real Beads have inclusions & bubbles, etc. That necklace you are referring to is the last of its kind from Beads we had made a couple years ago. Bracelets & single beads have been sold out awhile.

  • @gellotion

    Interesting that none of these real/fake videos I've watched so far have suggested holding the piece to feel its vibration.

    • @InnerVisionCrystals
      @InnerVisionCrystals  3 года назад

      At least 1/2 the people who email me asking if it's fake swear they feel something. Unfortunately many will feel, many will not, it is very different for everyone and not a reliable way unless you 100% know the stone like a pro. Already aware to certain degrees how to sense subtle energy. Etc.

    • @gellotion
      @gellotion 3 года назад +1

      @@InnerVisionCrystals If they feel something it's moldavite, not glass. They should learn to trust that.
      If they haven't yet developed their sensitivity to feel the vibrations from crystals, tektites, amber, stones, etc, or are at that stage where they're not quite sure if they feel it or not, I'd suggest they start with something inexpensive like clear quartz and work with that for a while. Learn to feel the differences between one quartz and another. Experience that that biggest examples aren't necessarily the most powerful. There's plenty to learn.
      The feeling from a good piece of real moldavite is unmistakable.
