if anybody is using this video for motivation:
when you're young, you don't really want to do heavy weight lifting. I recommend bodyweight exercises and stretches daily instead because those both improve your strength and your mobility.

The rest is totally okay and will not stunt your growth. The only real way at that age to do so is getting injured which is why we usually steer away until you’re more understanding of safety precautions

Even if that kids legs grow 10cm (which still are way shorter than Usain's) his record wouldve gone 12.3 seconds (approx)
