      I use Tibetan Buddhist Cord available here: store.jewelsinfiber.com/chinakc5colors.html and some solic color cord available here: store.jewelsinfiber.com/chinakc.html. As to diameter of the cords it is all up to you. I have a PDF that accompamies this video. It has instructions on how to start and finish the bracelest and all the details as to cord diameter and finished bracelet diameters.
